- For this episode SL catch up with Trinny Woodall of popular fashion make-over TV show "Trinny and Susannah" to discuss Trinny's beauty regime and recommendations for the best beauty buys from the high street, to international pharmacy brands to high-end designer beauty brands.

Trinny has an amazing skin but I can't seem to follow her method of these steps of chemical peels and scrubs and retinol, if I were to have done that, my skin would get so irritated and i would get horrible break out and it would be a nightmare. I do use aha lotion though but I don't use any stripping cleanser at all, I just use an oil cleanser and I don't even wear make up. That's how i would be able to use aha and retinol on a daily basis to keep my skin strong, healthy and acne free without the effect of dryness and irritation from using these strong actives.
