Absolutely great finds! Makes me want to get out there and get some stuff. Here in the UK we have been in lockdown for a month, no non essential shops open , but TODAY the shops all re open! I’m going for it! Fingers crossed for me 🤞🏻
Nice! There are always talks about shutting back down Connecticut. Its not too strict here like our neighboring states thankfully. We want to move to florida lol, theres not even a mask mandate there. Everything is open as normal with no restrictions. It sounds so nice.
That Being Selfish book you saw and passed at 1:40 looked like a set. 29 books in that set and they sell for $160. Looks like that store had them marked at $7... Massive profit right there!
Used to get both Zegna and Salvatore ties. The clothing market is even more saturated than before where I just started passing an almost all clothes. I need to research the market again because some things are getting a good price.
I used to go to Red, White, and blue in Trenton a few years ago. Most items were either not priced for resale, or broken/incomplete. Glad you did well but I had more luck elsewhere.
1:57 there is a tealight candle holder that looks like a popular brand and pattern, ivy pattern (towards the back). Glassware can be a pain but there can be excellent profit. Thanks!
I used to shop at RW&B. This is where i started. With the ties they usually bag them up and sell bundles for $10 not sure if they have them anymore. Maybe we'll bump in to each other. Good Video
Do not bother with a new account, as time went on Amazon restricted more and more categories, my account is 3-4 years old and most items are totally restricted. There’s also no way to really fight fraudulent returns, if you choose FBA prepare to take a lot of returns because Amazon warehouse staff can’t bother to pack items safely, the fees in some categories are outrageous, if you choose FBM Amazon only charges the customer for around half of what the shipping will actually cost, and any item can get your account banned if Amazon suspects anything. I still send in the occasional shipment of stuff, I was fortunate enough to buy out a tennis racquet salesman (that’s a job apparently) and made a lot of money selling his NOS racquets on Amazon, but it was also a lot of headache because, even though the listing specifically said these high end racquets are sold unstrung, I received tons of returns from upset customers and bad feedback about “not bothering to string my products in the factory,” so I had to pay the return shipping to the warehouse, had to pay to have them shipped back to me, just to have to pay to ship the item back into the warehouse. When that happens with items you’re only making a few dollars on the appeal wears off pretty quickly.
@@Kenthis15 You can get ungated in almost every brand pretty easily. Depending on the items you will have more returns, I currently have about 5% returns, so nothing too crazy.
Make an account and give it a try. It's different to ebay but I don't think it's harder. Of course you are missing out if you limit yourself to just one platform. Also amazon is the biggest online market place.
I normally don’t mess with ties but I did find a Saint Laurent tie at a thrift store in the city for a decent price, but that one is part of my collection.
Great finds! I used to go to a Goodwill in New Milford CT when I lived near there and it was SO much better than the ones here (upstate NY area). Just an idea...maybe you could try telling an employee about the games that are missing pieces so someone else doesn't get stuck with them? Maybe they can make a full Zingo game out of the two that are missing pieces and sell it. :)
Hi. Do you have a shipping video that shows how to prep those for shipping into amazon if they are used? or would you only sell new on AZ? And what about for eBay? How do you ship them most cost effectively? Thank you!
Not sure if you sell on Mercari but their fees are so much less and I've enjoyed selling on there the last 2 years. Have only had 1 return ever and it was a pair of shoes that I sold a week later. Person just bought wrong size. Things don't sell as high as Ebay but there's a lot less scammers and bs than eBay, at least in my experience. Shoes, glassware, collectibles, and other hard items sell very well on there and the shipping is very reasonable. I have people pay their own shipping and people don't mind. It works well for me I know some people don't like it but its very easy to use and their fees are very competitive.
I buy incomplete games like Monopoly if they are cheap and sell the pieces in lots on ebay for people trying to complete incomplete games. Sometimes you get more for the pieces than you would get for the complete game and the pieces are cheaper and easier to ship without the boards.
Same, my thrifts will have whole shelves full of those adult diapers, i get all excited, scan them in and not worth crap, ooooohh lol, but seriously back in the day gilldaddy used to get them, so first time i seen racks full i was like no way then nothing but dissapointment
Sealed big box PC games are underrated in my opinion. Extremely understudied field of collectibles compared to console games. I've had in my possession versions of triple a titles that i can't find any references to online.. sellers will often for that reason just guess pricing or price it based on the more common versions of the game. With everything going over to digital downloads these things are interesting curiosities for the future.
I'm on a Mac and can't find a 30-up label template for FBA without having to pay Avery every time. Is there a way to print your own labels for free on Mac?
Im new to amazon FBA and I heard that people shouldnt sell books or DVDs as new, even if they are ungated, without an invoice. I want to start selling my sealed DVDs as new. Have you ever ran into any trouble from amazon?
I havent, and I havent heard of anyone personally thats had issues. It still is something to be careful about though. Id recommend selling them on ebay
So u got me thinking... about game pieces, lol. I looked them up to see if u can buy them and u totally can. Some people even have huge lots of just a bunch of different ones for like $20 or $30. It might be worth the investment to purchase a lot or even the very specific missing ones if the game is worth it :)
@@Jameson11ink 60%? That's really low isn't it? I mean, say you buy an item for $10 and sell it for $20. After fees and everything, you're at say $16. That would be a 60% ROI. I suppose that would be good if you're buying pricier items. Personally I aim for a minimum of 500% ROI, but I deal with liquidation products that are $5 each so I'm basically just looking for items I can sell for a minimum of $30. This depends though. If I can find a small, frequent seller in large quantities, a smaller ROI doesn't look as bad.
Those DDR mats aren't worth anywhere near $100 on ebay. Maybe as a bundle with a console/games. Even when they're brand new, they aren't the best buy depending on price. But damn, I'm shocked that thrift store has all of that. I would love to go to one like that. Sadly all of the ones near me are overpriced.
