Is Macy's embarking on some kind of company-wide elevator modernization project that they haven't told the public about? In addition to what they've done to some of the stores in NY/NJ, the Aventura store got the same exact mod.

Not company wide. The elevators that needed a mod desperately are getting it.

The Burlington MA Macy’s received the same mod as this one. Although that one was a Montgomery and this one was a Otis I believe?

This one was a horrible OTIS that absolutely needed this mod.

This was needed I don't know what they did in the last mod but they had that whole thing backwards. What was that mod?

Is it a 6400 or Hxpress? Is it traction or hydraulic?

I’m not sure. Think 6400NA is for traction. This is hydraulic.
