It’s the same thing it’s always been. A highly capable long distance all road tourer . Looks amazing and has a road presence few bikes have. Good job BMW
I like it, more and more! And, unlike most of the children here who's only concern is looks, i'm actually interested in the technical features of the bike. For instance the aluminium rear subframe, which is exclusive to the Adventure model and gives a lot more touring comfort / space for rider and passenger. Can't wait to try it!
i love it! i want it. but no clutch lever? sad face. like porsche, in a few years full manual transmission will cost a premium as they find out the folks dont want the full automatic. the semi-auto is not a solution.

How did this make it beyond a concept? With 3D graphics it would be seen as the pig ugly lump it actually is. The R1300GS is a neater and more compact version of the 1250. The GSA is simply appalling visually from every angle. I think BMW are killing the GSA. Hope they kept the 1250 factory lines.
This is a bike for men. BMW sets the standard once again! Super cool bike! Thoughtful functionality ... Perfect! - Maybe I have to enter the ADV market after all.
This was outstanding. I wish Motorrad had released the bike with these guys. These are genuinely things to be excited about, and I am, but the big reveal just didn’t lay this out in a way that would generate enthusiasm. And yes: “rhino” is what I was thinking as well. Also, from the side, the accessory lights look like coaxial machineguns. 🔥
can you still rev the bike? I wasn't able to rev my honda DCT while riding, only while standing still in neutral :( missed it AAAAAAND also slow speed control was bad below 15kmh
Que moto feia! Achava a HD Pan Amarica uma moto feia, mais essa quadradona da BMW elevou o nivel de feiura pra outro patamar! Que design feio, e esse protetor de motor projetado para fora que ocupa o espaço de um carro pequeno? Melhor deixar o design da 1250 e apenas atualizar o motor, essa moto eu não compro. Fora a feiura ficou automatica, virou uma scooter gigante LOL...

You can still design a beautiful motorcycle without compromising on the technical aspects. But apparently, they didn't care.
One of the most beautiful motorcycles I saw yesterday looks really different from the videos and photos are beautiful and aggressive.

Good review. but tell your camera man not to shoot vertical video format. It's not the way our eyes see the world.
with the petrol tank disproportionately insignificant
I ride these things across the remote Australian outback and believe me a 30litre tank isn’t insignificant. It’s a necessity.
