When i try to add to reference drawings, the top and right view, length doesn't align properly eg.4462mm of both still wen viewed orthographically, the right of the car is 20-30 mm shorter to the top of the car. It doesn't align properly, when it is obvious that both the length should be 4462 as mentioned. Please help

$110 for Catia? you need to add two trailing zeros to that for a start. And there is an annual subscription to maintain after the initial purchase

When I try to adjust the curve on the order direction it doesnt let me move it vertically. Do you know why?

A warning sign is popping up with "wrong view mode. Change it to material mode to see the paintings" how do up with that?
Just go to the View Bar and select "Shading with Material" :D
