So love your layouts! Do consider including a maid’s room in your plans. Subscriber here. Never saw provision for a maids’ room. Perhaps you prefer to have it as a separate structure but there are those who would want a caretaker or house help to be just nearby for reassurance in case the elderly has an emergency. In space challenged Hongkong and Singapore I understand maids don’t have their own rooms. In the Philippines a house of this size would provide for a room where the maid, or driver, or caretaker can bathe, keep their clothes and have privacy when resting.

Better place bigger tiles like herringbone or the classic tiles rather than the mosaic tiles very difficult to install and takes time and difficult also to maintain. Otherwise, good job nice design.

Ella sólo me dijo que una mujer del lado arriba las abia comprado y que ella estaba en Suiza pero las casa siempre estuvo sola y abandonadas pero cuando se los comenté las tumbaron y le abia puesto uno sin delante eso me dijo mi hermano que pasa por ese lugar siempre
