I won 4 times on a ticket. As I was scratching the dollar amounts, one of them was $400,000.00. I had a slight heart attack before I realized I scratched the wrong number.

Not me. I scratched off one for $2,000 last month. That's more than twice the thrill. I also won 60 tickets in a contest, so I didn't spend a dime either!

I scanned mine and one time it said I won $200 when all I saw was 50. I looked over the ticket three times at least and even had my girlfriend check it out, we thought it was an error until finally we saw the other two numbers. It was so weird
I don't even bother with scratching the whole thing. I just clear the qr code and scan with the app. It's too easy to miss things.
I always tell people, the luckiest thing that happen to you playing a scratch off is that the scanner misreads the bar code as a win. So, ALWAYS scan it..even if you KNOW you lost.
Just scratch the bottom if you're not sure. I'm at the point where I only scratch the bottom. You learn what letters are winners. Like P, D, Z are all losers if you see those letters anywhere. You want F (five, fifty), T (ten), W (Twenty), H (hundred), etc. If you're stuck at a machine binge buying tickets it helps you get to the winners faster. The guy in the video doesn't do it I assume cuz he may reveal a barcode, and if you take a pic and scan it you can probably redeem a ticket that way.
I gotta say. Never been too huge on the ASMR style stuff, but ere is something SUPER satisfying about the sound of the coin scraping against the paper and table.
This isn't ASMR its a form of unboxing.

I once paid £2 for a perfect scratchcard, you had to find 1 diamond to win the amount next to it. There were 10 chances to win. I scratched off the symbols first like you and I won on all 10! It was the craziest feeling ever, I was stunned. On a good day you normally hit 2-3 maximum. I literally left it there staring at it for around an hour, thinking about all the possibilities of how much I'd won lol the options for each were £1, £2, £5, £10, £20, £50, £100, £500, £1,000, £10,000 and £100,000, for each symbol. I'd never bought one that didn't have £10,000 or £100,000 next to a symbol so I was pretty hopefull. They ended up all being £2 wins, I won £20 on the perfect scratchcard, technically £18, absolutely insane, that had to be more unlikely than actually winning the £100,000 lol
I just redeemed a ticket with all the same across the board and all were 2.00 wins. $20.00 total
I'm pretty sure they design the ones where you win "all the prizes" that way. This has happened to me twice before. Both times, all the prizes had the same low value. Still awesome though.

It is the same in KY with multipliers. Nothing is worse than buying 20$ ticket hitting a 10x multiplier and seeing it’s for 2$.
Happened to me once. I hit every single number on the ticket and got $22 via $2 each lol.

Very fun to watch. I live in NY, and the most I've ever won on a ticket was $50, and $65 across three $5 tickets. Have only been playing scratch off's frequently for about the past year. When i was very young my grandfather won $500 on a scratch off, so hoping to match that one day haha
The day this ticket came out at my publix, I got ONE. Hit 4 Diamonds on it and won $500.
Haven't won squat since. All it takes is one ticket sometimes. I used to play entire rolls, by the way. I've always have greater success just getting a snack and a ticket, rather than going for the whole roll. I always won around 50% or so of my money back on entire packs.

Here in Wisconsin, our tickets by rule winners can only be the minimum of the ticket. So if you get a match its gotta be the price of the ticket..none of that florida el cheapo crap you get with your multipliers. If you hit a 5 or 10X here you know you got a goood one!!

Fun fact about these that I learned working at a convenience store (not sure if he shared this in the video or a previous one): if you buy an entire book, you are guaranteed to get at least half your money back. So since he bought a book for $600, he’s guaranteed to make at least $300 back but in this case, he made a slight profit

This is interesting, I am pretty sure MA has this ticket as well, but what I seem to notice is that your tickets do not have the code in the playing field that shows you how much you won on the ticket. Here we see things like "one" spaced over the playing field, or "twnt" for twenty or some such.

The lotteria ones I hate. I always have the clerk or scan allll of them myself before I toss them. They are so hard to read. So many symbols to keep track of but congrats! You made a positive. I always thought people that could afford to buy the whole books always get thier money back at least. So it’s a win win. Until I found out that the whole book could be $10 or $0

If you're not getting the results you're looking for, try going into a different county, because if you're going to the same store or just in your neighborhood, try another area. The distribution of instant tickets with those "Big Money 💰 Tickets" really don't come into the "poor" neighborhoods! Research it and you will see? I see it here in Michigan every day!

In Virginia they give you 3 letters around the bar code to double check if it’s a winner or not. FIV, TEN, TWY, HUN, etc. the losers are BDPZ etc

Man I won $1000 2 weeks ago on one of our $30 tickets here in FL it was the holiday ticket. First time playing a $30 ticket. First one was a looser and something was telling me to take my last $60 in my pocket to buy the next 2. One was a $50 winner and the second was my first claimer. Gambling odds are always against the player, but you never lose all the money you pay for it. Games often do show the RTP Percentage (Return To Player). Meaning for example if you invest $1 per ticket and buy 1 million tickets, you get $900,000 back at a 90% RTP percentage. Online Casinos always have to show RTP.
Powerball for example has an RTP of 23-55%, depending on the pot size. So even if you win the Jackpot, you still lose on average.

I won a book from a local TV show (Tampa Bay's Morning Blend - you can see my ticket there). Just entered a code from TV on their Facebook page and two days later I won! There were 60 - $5 tickets sealed. I only scratch the bar code and check it, it's a waste of time to scratch the whole card. After about 15, I was feeling grim with nothing, but then got a $2,000 ticket. Then more smaller ones came later for a total of $2,175 with $0 investment.

LOL My sister gave my mother, and myself assorted scratchers one Christmas. $100 worth each, and in the end I won; $8 bucks, my mother got $20 I think. My sister had scratchers too, and hit like 10k. I've never forgiven scratchers for that.

I remembered the lottery is suppose to be a 50/50 thing, as in 50% goes to the players and 50% goes to the house. When you got the 300 on the first half, I was like the second half must have nothing. Most of the tickets that were winners had multiple spots, or a 2X, so when it was only that one spot I said "oh that must be a big one." I was expecting $50 but was pleasantly surprised to see the 250. Good roll, but I wonder if videos like this encourage people too much. I doubt that most rolls payout more than what you put in. I was playing those 50/100/500 tickets for a while a couple of years back. I realized it was kinda dumb unless you got one of the first tickets, cuz most people are gonna keep playing til they get a winner. Then the next few tickets are gonna be duds. But one time I won $100 and walked away. Some guy came in right after and bought the next ticket, which was $100 winner. It was ticket 11 and 12 out of 40 that won. I foolishly kept playing. The last 28 tickets only had a $50 winner left. So in general, if you buy a big winner, you should walk away from the roll. It makes sense. That's why you only won like 30 bucks the rest of the way after that $250 winner.
