I couldn't find any creme bouquet but I used Cake Batter flavoring by McCormick and man oooh man 😲, the cake dropped out of the pan perfectly. No edges were left inside the pan❤. The most delicious egg nog cake I've ever made in my 63 year's of baking😂😂😂 thank you for your tips and explanation and reassurance during the preparation. God bless you NY🤗🎶🙏. 💕🎶

Hi. I rarely comment on YT, however this was fantastic. I've made this 6 times since Thanksgiving. I've switched it to freshly milled flour instead of cake flour and it has been great. No complaints at all. I skipped the glaze as I find the cake sweet enough. I also increased the cinnamon to 1 Tbsp. and nutmeg to 1 tsp. Thank you for your moist pound cake recipe! Blessings to you!
Looks great--I love eggnog! Going to try this plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer and just learned that means I need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy and choline in eggs. Thanks for posting

It's after Christmas, January, and there's no eggnog to be found! Could canned eggnog be used instead??
