The club I fly at: www.zcdeelen.nl
The music I use: www.epidemicsound.com/referral/2l38lt/ - Спорт
I still prefer just the sound of the jet. People often forget their musical tastes are not the same as everyone's.
Same. It's awful when music is used. Just noticed a 360 camera was used, I despise them even more than the music.
the jet sound much better.
Also, some people like the sound of jet turbines!
+1 - Don't care for the music. I'd rather hear the jets.
That was amazing. You could see the joy in your expression on your face "The mile wide grin" 😀👏
Woow really amazing Simon 🤩😍👍🏼✈️😊
This is awesome!!!!! I didnt know that such a glider exists
I waited long for this video!!😍😵💫😅 fucking Amazing. Love it.
I guess this currently still runs as an „experimental“ in the US?

What is this display on top of instrument panel of the back street ? for which purpose ?
What is that display on top of instrument panel?
Wauwawiwa
Anyone doing a turn like that after liftoff in beer bottle altitude would be banned for life from our field. I thought you scraped off the winglets on the runway.
Turning right towards the person standing on the snow there as well. But gotta do it for that sweet content amirite.
These comments are very silly
change your diaper petunia
Yeah we know, old generations of glider pilots like flying like they are: boring
I'm getting hall monitor vibes
Wingtip protection?

Ok so ive only been messing around in the ultralight aircraft arena for about a year, and obviously i dont know quite a bit. I guess my question here is do these gliders fall into the same category as an ultralight ie fuel restrictions and altitude restrictions. Like im only allowed to have 5 gallons of fuel in board and i forget what the max ceiling is but i wouldnt go anywhere near it in my little gyroplane. And does strapping an engine on to one of these things change how its classified?
The Arcus has an MTO of 850kg, american ultralight rules don´t apply. An engined glider is still considerd an sailplane, but in some countries you have an extra registration which you can still fly with a glider pilots licence. for example in germany an pure sailplane is registrated as D-number and an motorglider as D-K, but bouth can be flown with a sailplane licence
@@randomguyinanglider fair enough but I live in the states and fly in the states so im really only concerned with the laws that would effect me. Like with my gyroplane/gyrocopter I had a main 5 gallon fuel cell going into a 1/2 gallon surge tank for the fuel injection system. Laws being what they are I was in violation because ultralight aircraft may only carry 5 gallons of fuel. That required me to modify the fuel cell to compensate for my unauthorized 1/2 gallon, so before I jump into something like a glider with auxiliary jet, ducted fan etc... I'd like to know what's what
What happened to the canopy in the pilot area?
It is done on purpose to prevent it from fogging up at high altitude
Baby u2
Ex-Tito fleet?
Correct!
niet slecht weer.... contacten is alles
denk ik ook...
Once you put an engine on it it’s just another airplane. Meh
It is meant to be retractable.
hint: look at endurance
