It’s cool to see some more of the behind-the-scenes people. JetPens has given me great customer service. I once had a pen that arrived DOA and they saw my review and responded right away with some suggestions to fix the ink flow. Getting packages from JP was such a nice gift from me to me over the pandemic 💜

Ever since they opened back in the day, I discovered this shop because I love pens and their unique array of stationery that you cannot find anywhere else. I love how they show endless possibilities of staplers, washi tape and other pens available in their store. I grew up on using Pentel, Uni and Pilot. I have also discovered some new products that have been great too! Thank you so much!

(Dunno about Josh, but I use cotton swabs when cleaning fountain pens, to get ink out of the cap and section.)
