The most important thing that isn't noted here is that you have to fill the filter case with clean diesel before trying to turn the engine on. Otherwise the pump will suck air and you have to fill the hoses again with diesel to get it working again. Thanks for video but this brought me a lot of trouble.
Hmmm. Not so sure. I've just done the wife's and although simply priming the pump alone three times didn't work, I gently tapped around the filter housing to get the air bubbles to move and it started no problem. Worth a try at the very least.
@@fixanddrive after the new filter is fitted ,theres no need to fill the filter housing with fuel . you only have to turn on the ignition for a couple o minutes . the fuel pump fills it . then its safe to turn the car over
My vauxhall meriva 1.7 td doesn't seem to have an electric pump in the tank so turning the ignition on 2 or 3 times did nothing and also cracking an injector pipe also didnt help .I had to use a vacuum gauge to suck the fuel up to the filter.
having an issue with 2007 zafira b, 2.2 direct fuel pressure pump. its not pumping enough pressure to open the injectors. do you have a vid that i can checkout about this. thanks for the assist
J'ai fait le plein et après elle a commencé à brouter elle s'arrête quand je conduit j'ai changé le filtre à gazole et le filtre à air qui était très salle mais elle demarre pas du tout .es qu'il y a une pompe de gavage ? ??et est que je peux ajouter une pompette qui va du filtre à gazole à la pompe d'injection ? ??réponse svp merci☺

Tak, zalewasz puszkę paliwem ile się da. We filmilku jest mały bład, tu nie przekręcamy zapłonu bo nie ma pompy wstępnej. Tak jest w 1.9 cdti. W wersji Polskiej mi koledzy zwrócili uwagę: ua-cam.com/video/xctkB0bZNwg/v-deo.html

Nie masz może filmiku z Zafira B filmiku na którym pokazujesz jak się montuje i demontuje listew plastikowych na drzwiach zewnętrznych. kupiłem Zafire 2 tyg temu i wygląda na to że zamiast wymienić na nową dealer przykleił ją tylko z boku silikonem w miejscu gdzie powinny być klipy i oczywiście już to dochodzi. Zamierzam to reklamować ale warto wiedzieć we własnym zakresie jak się to robi. Dzięki za filmik przydają się bez wątpienia w wolnej chwili przeglądam je sobie. Pozdrawiam

Rubbish ,totally uneeded work, just undo centre bolt , lift cover , change filter, fill with fuel, put back cover, job done. 15 minutes tops.
mine Z17DTH does not have aux electric pump, so turning ignition on does not help to fill the filter up
Same on mine, I had to fill it with fuel otherwise won't start
