It's the agreement that the manufacturers require us to sign & agree to. If we don't, we can lose our right to sell that brand. It's called "minimum advertised price". Dealers can sell machines for less, but we can't advertise it. I think its so that large dealers can't force small dealers out of business. A larger volume would mean they could make a smaller profit on each sale and still have a prifitable business. As a side note, Jeff often sells our machines for less. I hope I explained that ok. Please ask if you have more questions. Thanks for watching!
@@AngelaJonesQuilts I get that, but why do the manufacturers do that? It’s so aggravating. I’m not in the market for another machine in my life but just used to make me want to pull my hair out.
It's a great stitch, isn't it? I'm sorry, we do not have any virtual classes. Thanks for watching & Bernina Jeff will have more helpful videos out soon.
@@AngelaJonesQuiltsthe video showing all your upcoming classes is full of fun! If I may, as a fellow pro in the field of videography, please clip your clip on mic to your main speaker. Get a hand mic for passing around. They do not cost that much. The sound quality would be greatly improved by not handing off the lapel mic. And your mic will last longer if its not handled so much. Love all your projects, wish I lived nearby! Best of success to you.
Why are sewing machine prices kept such a secret?
Love watching your videos. Thx.
