小莉滿有文化的。怎麼會做這種塑化劑的香腸？令人不解.不如還是使用動物的腸子做香腸還比較令人放心😮

為什麼自家做香腸不用豬腸衣呢？
這在台灣叫粉腸，但是外皮是用羊腸下去灌的。吃的時候沾煮過的醬汁，醬油加糖加大蒜末加水加淀粉一去下去熬煮。

This method is really interesting. Is the red yeast a byproduct like nutritional yeast maybe? 🤔 Does it add flavour as well as colour? Honestly, I think this is really close to what we use for a breakfast sausage. I think you can make it all different types of flavours or seasonings. I think I would put them in the fridge after boiling them and then remove the wrapper so I could slice it up and cook it in a little oil. I wonder if you could cut it in pieces and add it to hot pot? This meat seems very versatile. Thanks for sharing it with us. ☺ Is the wrapper bio degradable or is it a true plastic?
