Thank you so much for the thoughtful comment, and hope the video helps! It definitely took me some time to figure out how to reset, and it's always a work in progress - but incremental progress is still progress :) - Lloyd
That's really good advise. I am a lawyer in NY and I had similar experience - basically alternating between working myself to death and being stuck in a rut. I used to think it was just a motivational issue. Thanks for your video. I am going to give it a try.
I had the same thing in august! 5 months of Intense productivity and in August, for whole one month i had a fever and i felt so deflated and melancholy
The sleep thing is definitely a big one, at least for me. I'm a night owl by nature, and try as I might to turn myself into a morning person, I always inevitably fall off and end up staying up way past midnight even though I have to be by at least 8 the next morning.
Two 90 minute deep tissue massages a week. I know it’s an expense but you’ll find that it really keeps away the fatigue and the 90 minutes of quiet is excellent for working through your thoughts.
Thanks, Christie! Tbh the keyboard isn't great, so I wouldn't recommend it - but any good wireless mechanical keyboard is definitely a step up from a built-in keyboard or standard membrane keyboard. You just want to pick one with the right "switches" so that the tactile feel is right for you. I personally use brown switches for work/typing. And the mask is from masklab :) Thanks for watching and leaving us a comment!!
The keyboard was just one that I picked up off of Amazon from a brand called Drevo (which I don't really recommend tbh). Looking to replace it soon myself!
huge jump in quality; see you at 100k subs
That 2nd morning wiplash 👌🏻 adds a nice touch haha

Really like the reminder about youtube marathon...on that note, when do you recommend your viewers to watch your videos?
Whenever is convenient for them and their schedules! But probably not too close to bedtime, don’t want to disturb the quality of our viewers’ sleep 😉
damn, this video is life-saving !
Love your videos!
Thank you! Great channel name :)

Question 1: what keyboard do you use?!
Question 2: what is the character on the day 1 mask I need to know 🤣🤣🤣 it looks great!
Jokes aside, thank you for making the video I didn’t know I needed :)

Hi, do you mind to tell the brand and model of the portable keyboard? Thx!
