Dear Mike, having been keen Australian followers of Dicetower videos for years, I (German ex-pat) and my partner are still waiting to fulfill our dream to visit Spiel Essen one day. Another year is going by without our attendance, and this year we're looking on with even more yearning, as our gaming friends have travelled over there, living, gaming, and shopping it up. Homesick and living vicariously through you all, this video just takes the cake as I watch you, Mike, to top it all, casually 'schwebening' through Wuppertal, my hometown! Looking forward to the rest of your Wuppertal Travellog... sincerely (enjoy yourself) S & D
If I ever fly to the US I will also want to play TFM to kill the time in the plane. :D Mike doing some sight seeing is great. The special train in Wuppertal is really unique.
Come to Leipzig next year before the fair, i Show you around... we would have to drive to to essen afterwards 😅... but only 5 hours... it's pracically next door in the US. 😂
daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaang..... that version of Falling Skies !!!!- daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaang
Puzzles are for the Family ...Wu-Tang is for the Children I'd stay up for that Civ game too ...Oooh & Battle of the Gods I bet Melany didn't smash the Cake either
Wait Jason Levine the gaming machine is at Spiel in Essen? I still need one coaster signed for a complete set! hoping I’ll run in to him this weekend 😁
I know the cake smash thing was a statement in the late 90s. I believe it was something mentioned in Martha Stewart's Wedding magazine. Wedding photographers and cake makers seem to keep pushing that. If it is planned, I guess it is fun but if it isn't...wouldn't be surprised that the marriage was not lasting long term.
It is, but this particular Cathedral took more than 600 years to build and was incredibly expensive; It would be faster today, but still prohibitly expensive, except for places with near limitless funds...
The Roy Cannady knockoff show :)
A Jay and Silent Bob reference ! Nicely done Chris!
Thanks for the fantastic vlogs, they are a treat for those of us who can't attend!
22:09 Camilla's expression and mouthed, "Oh my gosh" wins the video. Period.

Hey guys, let me know when you want help sneaking the bouncy house from the galleria into the office at your booth.
Anybody get C-3PO vibes while watching Jason walk behind Tom…or talk?
Miami Dice theme music!
there's only not a single game impressing me this year. The Deeprock one maybe.
Couldn't you rate the games as you go along? Just on first sight 👀

This term ameritrash could be replaced, right? It's time for an evolution in boardgamer conservatism.
