I don't think the Celtics reached for Scheierman. Several analysts reportedly had him rated as one of the 30 best prospects in the draft.
Queta is the big on our bench that isn't being developed properly 😤

@nerdiestvengiest5858 because he was the 2022 runner-up for the G-League MVP, and he gets almost no minutes off of our bench. To me, Queta can replace Kornet, even though I appreciate Kornet for his contributions. Queta is more athletic and is high-energy!!! We need to give him some time next season, especially to spell Big Al in back-to-backs!!!

Everyone seems to be missing the BIGGEST point on BOTH of these guys. 5th year. Pritchard? 5th year. Al? 5th year. We don't NEED a 19 yr old teenage KID.
there is 0% chance they are signing Theis with KP, Horford, Tillman, Kornet, Queta and now Watson (probably on a two-way)
I just picked up hausers replacement so Baylor will be Sam's replacement but for next season but he can still get minutes this season with brisset gone and us possibly moving on from svi
Luke was shooting threes most of his career, and that ended up with him being nearly out of the league. It's not an NBA level skill he has. Instead Celtics retooled him into a prototype he's actually good at, a 7'2 rim protecting lob threat, who can grab offensive rebounds at the rim, get put backs, and make free throws if he gets fouled.
Houser?? These guys are not STUPID. $8M to play on World Champs is helluva lot better than 14M to play in Charlotte.
Filipowski problem was of a personal nature. He supposedly is in non speaking terms with his family because he chose to be with his nanny who is much older (not sure if they are married) who groomed him to be a Mormon or something like that. Maybe the team didn’t want to draft someone with that much personal baggage.
He looks slow too.
