This really happened to a friend of mine when we rented a house together with 2 other girls. She got into a relationship with a man and after six months or so she decided to take him to her parents,. It is there she found out he was her half brother. It turned that when his mother got divorced from his father and wanted to remarry she did not wanted him anymore and his father neither so he went into the system and went from foster home to foster home and group homes. After almost 50 years i still remember the devastation and how traumatized they were. They were madly in love and already slept with each other. Then to find out you are brother and sister. That scars you for life.

Well quite a twist in the tale. Interesting to say the least. Beautifully narrated as usual.
Loved the story. Bridget was sort of toxic, if I were Susan I would have dumped he as a friend. I'm happy they had a beautiful wedding and found out they were not blood related was great. They can live happily ever after.

Reminds me of a funny episode of one shot series “Endgame”.
The son of a hotel owner went missing. The protagonist of the series is hired to find him. Turns out he was secretly dating the assistant of his mother’s. And when he went to ask for the blessing of the woman’s mother, she revealed that his father is the biological father of the assistant. The missing son went on a drunk bender and was eventually found. However as it turns out the missing son biological father is the gay (now) head of security of his biological mother (the hotel owner). Such a dramatic comedy, like this story!
