This was neat to see. I interned with the university of Iowa baseball team for S&C last semester so it was interesting seeing the similarities and differences between the two sessions.
2:10 2:40 it might have been because my bass in my speakers on my computer were louder than the mids. I’m listening to it now it sounds better on my phone
Those are temporary ones the school is building state of the art weight and nutrition rooms once they are finish it’ll be game OVER for many schools trying to recruit against Maryland Baseball
