It's coming. On this October (2022) it will be in Holland (the other European countries might be starting on the same day).
It will be tested and will be covering the whole world.
The pass will be on your phone, and you won't be able to do something or go somewhere without being tracked. Your biometrics, bank account status, work history, education, online activity etc. will becomes visible for who wants (needs!?) to see it.
