Isn't this a form of "Gating"? I believe this is illegal according to Google. I'm not 100 percent sure but if it is, you could be responsible for shutting down your client's business. That being said, you may never get caught but if you do...Look up so horror stories on this. Huge fines! Anyway, just a heads up.
@@nabilsoars In the case of a review being less than 4 stars, the customer gets redirected to a feedback page. On that feedback page, you should include a link that says something like "You can also leave a review on Google" and keep the font like 14px. Most likely a customer would fill out the feedback form and not really want to waste energy on creating an entirely new review. You're essentially diverting their negative energy to go directly to you for feedback. Abraham Lincoln often wrote letters to people to express his anger, but he never ended up sending them because writing it down was enough for him to calm down and think twice about doing so.

They won’t show up in the reputation tab with this method but the reviews left would show up there

As long as there's a link somewhere on the page for -4* reviews, you're ok.
