Looking back at the lore, it seems like ares is the only one who survived (unknown whether he died or not, but every other bosses are confirmed to be KIA except for him)
I think it's better they died because seeing what the dvn world becomes after all the Dominions dissapear is just depressing. Meanwhile Ares here who in my head cannon has his memories wiped so he can be a "superunit" just watches everything and everyone die around him.
Fusilier is probably the last to be part of SIF and lived to tell the tale as he was maimed, so he's WIA, not KIA and Ares is just more of a reinforcement

\-\ Epilogue-Climax: Pound for Pound, Limb for Limb /-/ 1 Stronghold entered the bunker, finished their mission and now onto their way to escape. 1 2 They had went into a hidden bunker out in the forest, evaded attacks from cloakers, dodged infantry, bullets, sabotuer mines and shielder pumps. 2 3 They had defeated a man that was dissonant for drinking and shooting lobbing explosives by giving him explosives reprocussions. 3 4 They had entered the bunker, Gotten the explosives they needed, bombed the place and gave The single special infantry force a Death sentence. 4 5 Escaped the maze out in the bunker and headed obti the hangar where there was a helicopter, getting ready to get them out of there. 5 6 Dodged gunners, impaled snipers, Vaporised tranquilizers, and all the junk they had previously done. 6 7 Til the helicopter was almost midway done to revving up, did they find the last fight where they had to survive. 7 8 Super-unit "Ares" Now deployed to exterminate and mutilate the stronghold 5-5 was tracking onto them. 8 9 Guns rev, Ares miniguns fire with force. 9 10 Rockets explode eith ares modified infantry rocket storm. 10 11 Those modified rockets also tracked players if ares wished to launch. 11 12 Ares threw infantry grenades repeatedly that dealt much more damage and were more lethal. 12 13 He threw a knife that would stick onto flesh or walls and explode with force that would be equivalent to a cloaker dropkick. 13 14 Ares rushed to the dummies with great speed equivalent to a scout running with a sprinters streak and gunslinger boost. 14 15 The dummies held of, distracted ares, revved up the helicopter and started to defend themselves of the super unit. 15 16 The stronghold fought hard and had finally ended ares... 16 17 They were busy trying to kill off the rest of the infantry until ares came back up 17 18 A barage of deaths and revives came left and right until ares had "Enough" 18 19 The helicopter had revved, infantry gates had closed, only ares with his massive squad was against the stronghold 5-5. 19 20 Ares mutilated their medic ( 5-5-6 ) and their best assault ( 5-5-1 ). 20 21 Ares remained.. .. ares then stomps against the engineer nest rested on top the hill. Mutilating their 2 engineers ( 5-5-8 ) and ( 5-5-3 ). 21 22 ares rushed to another and backstabbed another dummy that was the recon ( 5-5-2 ) 22 23 ares then downed a specialist and scout ( 5-5-4 ) and ( 5-5-7 ) 23 24 The assault overcharges against ares, giving the last fight a moment of clarity 24 25 ares was downed, stronghold 5-5 were revved back to full squadtron and were safely transported, Ares wished he had stayed back up but that was stronghold 5-5's last mission. 25

There also is a dual pistol upgrade that are a reference being two Ravens, we know it's a reference and not a copy because there even is a Ryan Ross Easter egg on the Game. And then about the accesories the Freelancer used, all of these accesories are from the Roblox catalog and thus not property from Chishato (Chishato's property are things like the maps and the models of the guns). I'm an EP player, so I know about that.
The difference between the way entrypoint did it and dvn did it is that in entrypoint you have swat coming for which is a pain to deal with then there's dvn you have this fucking absolute UNIT of a man that need bigger weapons to work, can run at you fast as fuck and HE'S FUCKING IMMORTAL

Yes you should 100% try out entry point. Not only that but the storyline is very good. If you don’t like the difficulty you can put it on easier modes so you don’t struggle as much!

All your teammate dies at 0:40 and you hear underscore for about 2 minutes then hear subwave2 for about 8 minutes in game 💀
This doesnt feel right without the constant sound of wrench like thing background, aggresive shootings and death sounds
Finally the transition thing between subwaves is fixed
