Yup, Ive even gone back at watched every video he has put up since the start of the channel. His personal Story is a great one to listen to if you haven't yet.
I'm really glad nothing happened to those boys mom when she went outside in the middle of the night to search for the guy. That was really dangerous for her to do.
That's what I thought, too. Geez. Brave is one thing. Being dumb is another. She and 2 kids were home alone. She should have never gone outside. She should have just called police and let them check the outside of the house. They don't mind. In fact, I think they'd prefer that over having to come later to investigate the murders of 2 little kids and their mom. ☹️
if your reading this what's that behind you what was that sound ya better hope to go back to sleep fast maybe it's the devil waiting to take you to his toolshed to make you suffer ok I'm just playing kind of a dick move to start saying random creepy shit
Yep, he is so good at telling stories ......by memory. This is how I tell a story when I'm speaking about something I experienced or witnessed. This dude tells other peoples stories with such detail, as if he was there. Never a pause or stutter, he has such enthusiasm, and a likeability. Truly doing what he is meant to do. He pulls you in and doesn't let you go until he's done. Outstanding story teller.
If you watch video wise you can tell after sentences he cuts into a new sentence, makes sense because he absorbs so many stories that he probably looks at notes occasionally and then edits them out and then continues etc
That story had 'Pinching Man' vibes because of the mother not explaining to her child the full story at the time and then something later in life comes to the fore which prompts the parent to tell her kid the full story. You'd have to watch his 'Pinching Mad' video to get what I really mean.
The point of being in the wrong place wrong time is more of with shootings or a murder and being in that place by accident. He was goin in the direction he needed just didn't hear the helicopter
Yeah but if left a couple minutes sooner ir earlier that wouldnt have happened, thats the point of wrong place wrong time, not murders ir shootings, otherwise you can say maybe that place was a common violent crime location or that person was a known aggressive person etc, its just not about shootings or murders.

Idk man, he’s got some real downers lol. There was a stretch where listening to his stories would ruin my day almost every time. Yet I kept coming back for more🤷♂️
Reminded me of a time I passed by a church with a funeral service… there was many ppl present, I remember feeling bad for them, having lost a loved one. The next day I found out one of my friends had passed that week. Unbeknownst to me… that had been the service I had seen from the outside when going by that street. And I felt even worst… R.I.P. Shanel.
@@jennifervan75 No bro his friend came to the crash sight without knowing Isayah was dead, later he found out he died there. Very tragic. :( RIP great man.
I can tell you from personal experience it's a hurt like absolutely nothing else to get letters in the mail from a dead loved one after they're already dead
The Second Story really brought up unpleasant memories for me, when I was in Eighth grade, I had been sick for a whole week, my stomach didn't feel good, I could barely hold anything down, and I could barely climb out of bed. Then on a Thursday night, around 1am, something hard hit my head, then I looked towards my window to find someone right outside my window, with his hands on my windowsill. He asked if this was my sister's house, I tiredly said yes, then got up and went to the bathroom, thinking I was just imagining things. Then, when I climbed back in bed, the rocks he had thrown at me hurt my back, and I ran to my parent's room, telling them that someone was outside. My mom had no idea what I was saying then, I had finally said it clearly and my parents were instantly up and alerted. My dad grabbed his gun, my mom walked with me back to my room and saw the rocks in my bed, so they knew I wasn't lying. Turns out, it was my sister's boyfriend. She had asked him to come over, so they could 'do stuff' but she didn't expect him to come to the house at 1am. He hiked 5 miles to our house, traumatized me, and apparently my sister was 'traumatized' the worst. Anyway, I don't know who'll see this, but I just felt like sharing my story.
MrBallen’s kids: “Dad can you tell us a bedtime story before you leave?” MrBallen: “If you’re a fan of the strange dark & mysterious told in story format-” Kids: ”DAD NO”
this man doesnt need any over the top editing, all he needs is a green screen and his story telling abilities for his videos, best story teller ive ever seen.
I mean, you don’t need any editing to tell stories but mr ballen does have a lot of cuts every few sentences so he doesn’t do most of them in one go, other UA-camrs just have one image or looped stock video while telling stories
as a kenyan, i've always heard isaiah's story told as a cautionary tale about walking in public with headphones on but i've never known the whole story behind it. and wow it was so heartbreaking :(
Don't let it stop you from enjoying your music. I think people are envisioning this small, tiny little crash site. It wasn't. The helicopter skidded almost an entire block when it hit the ground. Isaiah wouldn't have been able to outrun it even if he heard it coming. I find comfort in the fact he probably had no idea he was about to die.
If we're being honest, not wearing his headphones would probably just have made his death more tragic. There's no way not wearing his headphones would have allowed him to escape. The only thing that would have been different is that short moment when he would have been aware he was about to die......messed up situations :S
I have some avid train nerds in my family and it is a well known fact that mannny taggers get hit by trains because it is very hard to hear a train coming when you are directly in its travel path. Weird, but true. If the helicopter was going straight at him at a decent speed there is a chance he wouldn't of even had time to look up before impact, regardless of headphones. This wasn't because he did anything wrong. Headphones are far more dangerous at night or in secluded areas where animals or people can sneak up on you. I find it odd that it's implyed that if he had not been wearing headphones, he would've survived. It's a large assumption and kinda victim blamey. I am sorry this happened to him, truely a tragedy.
Seeing a moose in person without knowing they exist would be frightening, they grow up to like 7 ft tall with antlers that can also grow like 6 ft in width. Imagine something as big as the car you’re driving just dart into the road from the woods 😂
I been face to face with a moose twice, once just one at our camping ground heard something walking around unzipped the tent and was right there staring in my direction i was just a child. and the second time there was a bunch just grazing we were off road just 4 wheeling with friends going down this trail we never been and we hadn't seen a turn around and the ruts were getting deep so we got out and decided to see what was around the corner if there was a spot so 3 of us walking and turn the corner we were kinda loud and when we saw probably 10 of them we stopped they didn't pay us any mind or acknowledge us very surprised by that as we were talking loud. we backed up and once we got out of view we took off running back to the vehicles. moose will mess your world up.
@@roleat yes, but somehow seeing moose is a little bit scarier. Maybe it's because of the environment. If something that big just popped out of the trees.. yea that's freaky.
Isaiah was such a kind person, so sad that he was in the wrong spot at the wrong time, it's such a one in a trillion chance of happening type of scenario... Everyone liked him, always positive and made people laugh.
It seems like this stuff always happens to the best people. I knew a guy I didn't really feel close to but admired as a person, who was a friend of some mutual friends who died of a heart attack at 19 due to a freak infection in the lining of his heart. Like in this story just the kindest dude with a great family and so much potential. Even though I wasn't that close to him that was the hardest I ever cried since loosing my grandma when I was little. It's just so shocking and unfair, tragic deaths of young people, especially when they are such particularly virtuous young people.
I remember the last Night of Monarch's. Another friend of mine wanted to steal one of the pool balls from the pool table as a souvenir. Isaiah caught him. He laughed his big kindly laugh, asked him what he had in his pocket, put one hand on his shoulder, and just stood there with his other hand out stretched until the ball was returned. It was so long ago but I can still picture it perfectly.
I really like the layout "map" in the second story... even though you can easily paint the picture verbally about the surroundings, but with the graphics it's just way easier to keep track of the story without having to keep remembering where everything is located..
All I could think of was what is that huge room with no doors between the boys bedrooms? Ha, my wacky brain, I literally could not concentrate just wondering what that was...
Oh I didn't realise these were 3 completely separate stories, I was sweating at the end thinking how all of these events were about to converge. I'm actually relieved in a way.
Man that first story is really sad, you’re taking pictures of an already tragic event and then find out that your best friend was a random victim in it.
For the 3rd story, I have to say Simone's story is extremely terrifying. Outside, her head was being eaten by this fox, and in her dreams, it was like she was going through some biblical story. Absolutely insane.
Thats very common. Your senses get into the dream while you sleep. For example everytime i fall asleep while theres a sound (tv, youtube video, neighbours on the staircase, a church's bell,..) the dream always accomodates them into the story i am dreaming with.
I had a similar experience as the last story. When I was younger I was sleeping over my aunts house and I had dream that my cousin came in and poured a jar of ants all over me. I shot up out of my sleep and when I looked down I was covered in bumps. My aunt thought it was weird but had no real explanation for it until a week later she found out the bed had bed bugs 🤷🏽♀️
I REAAAAAALLY appreciate the floorplan drawing. My brain is always just shy of a blue screen trying to process layout information as it is given. Thank you! Also good to have a visual overall again, the podcasts are great, but I definitely enjoy the videos more.
during the first story, before you told of the friends death, I was thinking to myself how much I wanted the story to end well. I was totally invested in the friendship of the two men. losing a best friend that was that close must have been devastating. such a sad story.
I loved their friendship so much I just wanted to cut the story off and not watch the ending. But I was so curious I watched the ending. God rest Isiah's soul.
@@afd1040 true story. The crash was 2 blocks from my girlfriends. A chick who lived in a duplex right across the the street jumped from her balcony to help but instead broke her ankles. She worked at blockbuster. Also Isaac is my now sister in laws cousin
A little FYI. When he does a cameo for someone that was in the military and he knows he takes a moment and thanks them for their service. Mr Ballen is a real stand up guy.
I'm still waiting for the April Fool's Day video where he just tells a story of two people that just live normal happy lives and nothing tragic happens.
Once when I was 7, my family was visiting this big pier in Deal, in Kent. This man caught a smooth hound shark, and naturally kids were curious and flocked around. He cut it’s fins off, laughing.I knew this was wrong and cruel, but he told the other kids the fins would grow back.He chucked it alive to die a painful death drowning at the bottom of the sea, because sharks need to move to breathe, and without fins they can’t breathe. No other kids beside me had an issue, all listened to this complete stranger telling them this. That’s terrifying.
When my kids say there is something I never say "it's your imagination". Most kids aren't going to make up stuff like this. Especially if they don't have a history of playing pranks or being overly dramatic "storytellers". Nope, always better to believe them and they are wrong than ignore them and they aren't.
The last story was so intense! It's so incredible how the mind and the body work. For someone to not wake up, but to experience a physical trauma incorporated into a dream at the same time is just amazing! I'm so glad she is ok!
When we sleep, our body paralyzes itself to stop us from "living out our dreams". That last story got me too, because when you are asleep and feel pain, sometimes we create a dream to fit it. I've had this happen, and was told it was sleep paralysis, because I could not move, make noise, scream... Ugh. That last one has me ...
@@deedsterdoo1603 Absolutely! I've had the same thing as well. It just blows my mind and is so fascinating. The story really got me...20 min later I'm still thinking about how crazy it was lol
Dreams, sleep & the way the brain works are all so strange.. I’ve had "lucid dreams” where I realized I was dreaming & could control myself in my dream. Once I was dreaming I was doing something in the kitchen when I realized I was dreaming, so I looked around the dream kitchen & saw a newspaper on the table so I decided to pick it up & see what "news” was in it, but when I tried to read the words the letters were constantly changing shapes.. it was like my brain couldn’t make things up anymore because I had realized I was somewhat controlling it. I also had what I thought was sleep paralysis once where my mind completely woke up, I was fully awake & alert mentally but couldn’t get my body to wake up. I was struggling to sit up but my brain & body just weren’t cooperating. I’ve also heard people say that when you dream you’re falling from a tall building you’ll always wake up before you hit the ground, otherwise you’d die in real life, but that’s not true because I had a dream where I was falling from a tall building & slammed right into the sidewalk. I didn’t die in real life :)
I love how he makes the sponsored ads that much more interesting by throwing in his own story and adding the “real photos” from his life, such an awesome dude!
How awful for Isaiah! He was there on scholarship to do great things and then.... it's over. It's just amazing to me that things happen to people in such tragic ways. And this was no one's fault. It just happened. But for his friend to have the pictures.. I can't imagine how difficult it must have been once he realized it.
It's so interesting, the way that these stories never sound like they're going to be horrific, although you know they are. I was listening to everything from the bar fight to the moose, and barely remembered what the story was supposed to be about until everything took a turn.
I totally agree. At the sametime he tells the stories so good that in my mind as I'm listening, i can actually see the scene playout. I don't know if anyone else does this but when I'm listening or reading something i really enjoy or have a good understanding of, my mind turns it into like a mental movie.
Wow I was TOTALY shocked as I always am at the end ...of all your stories..you have such a way of telling these stories ....I love listening in and takes me out of my own world. Thank you...Mr Ballin

I had a similar experience with horses. I thought ok it may come up to my shoulder no that thing stood well above my head, no wonder Calvary where so terrifying.
When I was a kid, I read a book called “Balto and the Great Race” and it mentioned moose encounters being extremely dangerous for sled dog teams and I’d always wondered how a moose could be so dangerous. Then I saw a short video of a moose walking near some cars on a road. It was bigger than the cars. I never doubted the dangerous power of a moose again.

Rabies is almost exclusively in bats in developed countries . Mammals rarely have it in developed countries because it has been controlled. I grew up in Cranbrook and my family knew Isaiah. Everyone always remembered him for his amazing smile! I also happened to know one of the men in the helicopter, Robert. He was my friends father. It happened during school hours at recess or lunch hour (I cant quite remember but we were all outside), and a bunch of us saw the helicopter crash from our school field. It was loud and close, and I remember everyone saying that the pilot was a hero that day and had saved a bunch of lives, as the helicopter was going to crash on the school feild had he not redirected it just in time. That was a very tragic day for everyone involved, and I did not know about Isaiah's friend being the one to take the photos of the crash though, that just makes it so much sadder! Rest in peace to everyone involved in the accident. I was super surprised to hear my little town get a mention! Thanks for the great stories Mrballen! :)

I can understand why he was so shaken up after seeing a moose for the first time. You don't realize how big they actually are unless you've seen one in person. First time I saw one I was taking my daughter to the bus stop for school at 6am and this huge bull moose just casually stepped out of the trees and into the road in front of us. I was driving a small pick up truck and it was dwarfed by the size of the moose. My kid went wide eyed and just slowly slid down in her seat saying "Ma.. what is that?!?". I was pretty much doing the same thing and all I could say was, "Moose.. that's a freaking moose". And the whole time the moose is just standing in the middle of the road, blocking the way and staring right at us. I swear he was thinking "That's right puny humans. Tremble before me for I am a forest God". Whole encounter lasted about 5 minutes but seemed like 30. It was such a humbling and awe inspiring moment.
Can confirm - I don’t know why but I always thought they were the size of horses, bigger than deer but not ridiculously big. So so wrong. One walked into the road as we were driving through the woods and we all just ground to a halt. It’s antlers could have reached a first floor landing. We all locked our doors 🤣
I almost hit one about an hour North of Eugene Oregon. It was either a moose or an Elk, I'm not sure. I'm from Philly so I've DEFINATELY never seen either before. All I remember is that it's head was way over the roof of my '02 Camaro. It was big and it walked out in front of me while I was doing about 60 and I missed this thing by a couple of feet...
My buddy was hunting deer and hiding behind a rock. He told me he heard a noise and stood to see what it was. A moose came to check him out. He said it was huge. I asked, “How big?” He thought a moment and replied, “Prehistoric”

Mr. Ballen needs to go on strange, dark, an mysterious tour. Everyone shows up in their PJs and he tells us bedtime stories for 3 or 4 hours. With pizza and s'mores.
Simone’s story is absolutely terrifying, I cannot imagine a fox doing that, and I’ve only ever seen foxes that were quite small, housecat sized. So if that particular fox was equal to the ones that I’ve seen it would have required some serious time to inflict that amount of damage to her. And damn, it started by eating her head!! Just that phrase makes my heart pound from fear. And when he said she couldn’t move, I thought hmm, sleep paralysis? Maybe, but a completely different kind than I’ve heard of. What a horrifying story!
This is why humans in Europe back when they were living in the woods etc always had some dogs around. Dogs are light sleepers and and a dog will chase a fox away.
Yes, it's weird fox behaviour. Something must have been wrong with it, maybe a brain tumour or something. That's just my guess though. That she didn't wake up was probably inflicted by the beer she had drunk (No judgement, I'm German and I definitely took advantage of the fact you may drink beer and wine with 16 myself). But no, it was not sleep paralysis. Not a chance. MrBallen explicitly says "As soon as she woke up she shot up." During sleep paralysis you are awake, eyes open but can't move. You might have hallucinations but you mix them with reality. You're aware of your surroundings and that you lie in bed, it just might be that you see or hear things which are not there added to reality. It's totally different from a dream. She was just deeply asleep and it's not uncommon that in your dream you have a blockade to do things. Never had a dream when you needed to run but your dream legs felt like chewing gum or heavy like tons?
@@unschuldshascherl Ive had those dreams where Im desperately trying to run but my legs move in slow motion. Also screaming but no sound comes out. Mr Ballen is exactly what I was looking for on UA-cam to escape my own reality. So thanks for that. Mr Ballen, you are appreciated. Plus you say a lot of intelligent things I learn from.
Man I swear if you took the career path of a professor so many people would have been successful in whatever you taught. You have a gift in the way you speak and capture someone’s attention. I had recently took a trip down to Florida from Massachusetts and the whole drive I just let your videos play on. Everyone in the car were quite and intrigued by the stories.
The fox story really freaked me out that’s the first time I’m hearing about a fox attacking a person. I know they’ll eat chickens and rabbits but humans? That’s very strange, I’m glad that girl is now ok and doesn’t have rabies either.
Maybe it was not stacking , but scavenging. Almost all predators do. So if the fox thought she was dead , it was natural to use fresh meat. It could also be that the fox was sick.
The new danger in Europe are golden jackals. They’re the largest species of Jackal in the world, and were formerly only found in very south Europe like Greece, they’re essentially the equivalent of a Coyote. The problem is that despite being found naturally in far Southern Europe and other warm areas, they’ve spread all the way to the north sea coast countries like the Netherlands and Finland and rest of Europe.Worse still, they are extremely good at living amongst people, favouring those environments and being unnoticed.Meaning if a child for example is left alone they may take them. And because they become used to people, they will inevitably attack people by association of people with food.
Super odd behavior for a fox, they can smell the difference between something dead or alive... I wonder if it wasn't some different type of canid. Got to admit, "a fox was trying to eat her head" made me LOL
That 2nd story is my nightmare. I am always paranoid that someone will sneak into our house at night, even though it's an apartment that has an electronically locked front gate. I always triple check the locks at night to our apartment door just to be sure. I am also a night owl so it's a real head trip.

As someone who's around since this channel was just getting started, I always wonder what new viewers think the first time they hear all the horrible things he instructs us to do to the Like Button.
I just started about a week ago watching mrballen's videos and my first reaction to the things he instructs us to do to the like button was like "Did he say what to the what now?!"
I i initially questioned it simply wondering how that all started, then I just embraced it with delight. I would tell him he doesn’t need to ask again to subscribe. I think once we find him we do ❤️ I’d be very curious how many people last month viewed who were not Subscribers who did not join.
It's pretty tame now. It's just mildly inconveniencing the like button. It used to be stuff like gently feeding it into a wood chipper (Fargo style) or put an alligator in the bathroom while it was taking a shower and lock the door. I think there might also have been one about taking a trip to the Grand Canyon and claim you're taking a picture before pushing it over the edge.
I stumbled on to Mrballen randomly and got hooked straight away he just has a way of telling the stories that make you feel like you're there living it 👌👌
@Susan Wojcicki Bolshevik from Poland I'm glad you replied. Usually it's just trolls that will put in lol, rotfl, lmfao; you get it. These after an extremely difficult video that in the news or in any case known to be true. I've learned to just keep scrolling as they are seeking attention even if though sucks they did it in the first place. Now, your original reply that you like to see things die, I though, okay, another live one. But your reasoning on the last reply was articulate and reasonable. So may I ask why you started with I like to see thinks die, followed by Oops I like cute animals. Isn't that the same sort of thing? You're seeking attention or trying to insert yourself into others real feelings of being upset. Is it shock and awe? I'm NOT trying to fight with you. Quite the opposite. If can shine me on or you could tell me why. Either way. Bless you and have a wonderful day.
That second story struck home. I had a similar incident where I thought I heard something horrible happening when I was around 7-8. I've always had super human level hearing. I can even hear dog whistles. We lived in an upper middle-class suburban neighborhood in Northern Virginia. I woke up in the middle of the night hearing a woman screaming bloody murder for help. I ran down the hallway and woke up my mom to tell her. She comforted me, told me it was probably a nightmare because no one else heard anything, and I went back to bed. I was visiting home during a break at college one year when she finally told me the truth. She called the police after she sent me to bed that night and insisted they come search within the next two streets from us because she knew how good my hearing was. She called back multiple times to check up on her report. The police arrived at a house 2 streets down from us and saved a woman from her husband who had been attacking her with a hatchet. She'd managed to lock herself in their bathroom, and they said she'd have died from blood loss if they'd arrived any later. My hearing and my mom's instincts saved her life. We were the only house that called in her screams. No one else reported hearing them.
Well done son. I'm pretty deaf and have tinnitus. Good job the poor girl wasn't relying on me. How quick we're you to react and not just dismiss what you heard? I wonder if the girl ever found out that her screams and your bat like hearing saved her? I hope she went on to live a wonderful life. You too bruv. Best wishes from England.

Growing up just outside Cranbrook, moving away, then years later hearing your podunk hometown mentioned by your favourite youtuber is a bonkers experience. Much love, Mr B 😁
what I love the most about your story telling is all the gestures and stuff, it really feels like sitting in the same room or at a camp fire and you telling the story to us viewers. it's difficult to describe but it does what normally only reading does for me (really activated that mind cinema).
While visiting Alaska several years ago, I was turning a corner on a sidewalk only to come face to shoulder with a moose. They are enormous creatures. I wasn't quite sure what to do. I stood perfectly still. He sniffed me and slowly sauntered past me. It was then that I remembered to breathe. The locals who witnessed the encounter said that I did everything right. I was quite shaken due to his size. I had no idea they were that massive. Thank you for your storytelling, John. I am always thrilled to see a new post. Am enjoying your podcast immensely.

Why did he throw the rocks tho? Was that his concept of foreplay? lmao. I'm glad you're okay tho that sounds scary as shit

as a kenyan, i've always heard isaiah's story told as a cautionary tale about walking in public with headphones on but i've never known the whole story behind it. and wow it was so heartbreaking :(
Kabisa Mwende
Don't let it stop you from enjoying your music. I think people are envisioning this small, tiny little crash site. It wasn't. The helicopter skidded almost an entire block when it hit the ground. Isaiah wouldn't have been able to outrun it even if he heard it coming. I find comfort in the fact he probably had no idea he was about to die.
Time 2 change the narrative; Obama walked around in public with headphones on N he became president! 🇰🇪 🇺🇸
I'm binge watching his stories, starting from 3 years back. His way of story telling is very unique.
Seeing a moose in person without knowing they exist would be frightening, they grow up to like 7 ft tall with antlers that can also grow like 6 ft in width. Imagine something as big as the car you’re driving just dart into the road from the woods 😂
The dude is from Kenya tho. They've got massive animals.
You hit the moose and it would just stare at you and ask you for your car insurance then sue you for emotional distress.
I would totally freak too. we have a lot of animals in Costa Rica but nothing that big. I used to think they were the size of a cow.
@@ANPC-pi9vu Nah, I think bad things happen to bad people too, it just that when we lost good people it's impact more

@@NurmaBP This is the correct answer.

@Flux Of course he hadn't he was 7 at the time wtf lmao
Most ghost stories are really about real world monsters. Often designed to hide real crimes.
Let's not forget that alcohol was involved. (not judging)

People keep thinking up more things for Mr. Ballen could do. But he is talented enough to be able to do just exactly what he wants to do, and how much time and energy he spends doing it. A wise and talented man.
They should hire actors to act out these scenes for like a Netflix show
Nah, bro. Netflix would make all the people in that German village black, and the fox who bit the girls head would be transexual.
Netflix has a bad habit of changing the content. It would ruin the show and I'm sure mrBallen is getting paid well enough by the millions of views and sponsors anyway 🤷🏻♀️
I'd rather he wasn't. Netflix and other streaming service prices are getting ridiculous.

It doesn't matter if you know that moose exist. There is nothing to prepare you for how absolutely enormous those beasts are. I'll never forget the first time I saw one in person. I was still surprised the second and third time I saw one. They are just so big.
Exactly..got to saw once, still thrilled to this day just by seeing his enormous gigantic size
Same and the one we saw was "small" 😮

I have never heard of a fox approaching a sleeping human in the woods and try to eat them. Most fox stay far away from people. That was absolutely insane!
it seems more like it was a bigger animal, she said it looked like a person running away so, im imagining a coyote or wolf, seems more like their behavior too
@@wholesom3515 It was Germany. No wolves in that area of forest, and certainly no coyotes! Wild foxes can grow pretty big though - the dog fox that ran in front of my car tonight was big enough to cause some real damage if he bit you. There have been a few other cases of foxes entering houses and biting people, so not completely unprecedented, although very unusual.
It was probably starving and desperate
Wouldn't they need to start treatment for rabies immediately in that situation?
Rabies is almost exclusively in bats in developed countries . Mammals rarely have it in developed countries because it has been controlled. Also the only treatment that works is VERY new and somewhat dangerous so they would only do it in certain situations. Giving a vaccine after a bite is an option but again not something a doctor wants to do.

I'm scared and it's daylight outside with my 3 big dogs around me.

Sounds like it was rabid, that’s not normal behavior
@@unschuldshascherl Ive had those dreams where Im desperately trying to run but my legs move in slow motion. Also screaming but no sound comes out. Crazy stuff! Also agree this fox had something terribly wrong with it...
@@greensorrel6860 if it was rabid she would have also become rabid and germany was offficially labeled rabies free in 2008. it's more likely to have been a defect or brain tumor, hell even severe starvation is more likely.

Watch the story on the Dodo about interspecies foxes, That'll make it a little better.
They only attack when they have something seriously wrong like rabies

Bro! ✨️👏🦸
You saved her you really did 🙏🏻
Well done son.
You are a real super hero
Ya..no.. at night we all can hear further. Dog whistle.. no. No human can. Not you
I love your descriptions on your products and the beginning of your videos. What a way to help people remember what they need to do! We used those techniques in medical terminology to help us remember what certain aspects of words meant. Good job!
The worst part about being a long term fan is that I'll never get the joy of binge watching all your vids again 😭
Same!!
Yep! I got done binging about a month or so ago! 💯🌹😢
I binged all of them about a year & some time ago & now I’m so upset I gotta patiently wait for a video every couple of days. We’ve been spoiled.
@@chynabby i watched all of them in a couple days, keep looking for people who tell them like ballen but nothing comes close
That was me lol, but then I didn’t watch for a bit and now I can binge again
Growing up just outside Cranbrook, moving away, then years later hearing your podunk hometown mentioned by your favourite youtuber is a bonkers experience. Much love, Mr B 😁
Yeah I grew up like 5 hours away but hearing even a semi local place when you live in buttfuck nowhere is a trip
Dude, right?? It's like 6 am and I'm half asleep from just waking up and I'm like woah! Am I just still asleep or something? Lol 😂
That beer the counselors were drinking must have been good if she didn’t notice a fox treating her like a buffet.
Maybe the male counselors were also treating her like a buffet too :)

Excited to hear this story. I am not a big fan of stories and stuff, but this guy legit is the reason why I love the stories
Lol what? Who isn't a fan of stories?
You must like the strange , dark and mysterious told in story format!!!
Welcome to the never ending loop of the strange dark & mysterious
what I love the most about your story telling is all the gestures and stuff, it really feels like sitting in the same room or at a camp fire and you telling the story to us viewers. it's difficult to describe but it does what normally only reading does for me (really activated that mind cinema).
I've always wanted to see one but not face to face, that must have been scary!
@@emceehammer8054 It was sobering.
