We use "and" because all the conditions must be true to satisfy the statement. They need to be from America, an enemy of the Colonel, and weapons, etc. The conjunction "and" is used to indicate the combination of these conditions.. So, that matters!
BTW bhaiya its not colonel (pronounctiation) .. its pronounced as (cornel)

I watch his videos at 1.5x and sometimes even 1.75x speed cause I mostly watch them a night before exam which is suitable for me. You may increase as per your suitable speed.
