HANDYMAN wants to be HVAC Tech | Leaking gas Valve

Gas company informed the landlord that the gas valve was leaking gas. I used my toptes gas leak detector to confirm the gas valve was bad and leaking. After replacing the valve I set the pressure with a Manometer. This was a paid job for a landlord I work for. Thanks for watching

Most of the time I work on comfortmaker. They are decent units, they seem to all have the same issues. #1 draft inducer motor. Haha

Hvac and plumbing save me the most money as a landlord. I can respond quicker than a company. Hopefully keeping my good tenants happy. Job took about an hour. This was a paid job $125, parts under warranty.
