I LOVE the scene between Wendy and Victoria. It's one of my favorites in the whole series. My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer a little over a year ago. She almost died from the chemotherapy. She had a mastectomy. She is now much weaker than she was before, and I have left work to take care of her. It does make the episode hard to watch at times, but I know that Cartman is ultimately the butt of the joke, not cancer or its victims/survivors.

Seeing Cartman get beaten to a pulp is cathartic to me for a few reasons. A big one ties to my reality. See, when I was a child, I lost my mum to lung cancer. And kids bullied me about it. The worst they got was a finger wag and a “stop doing that”. I could not physically fight them (one against several, and they were all much larger) even if it would have meant being punished. Then I found out kids were doing the same to my younger brother. And even as we got older, it never stopped. Wendy beating the absolute snot and all other bodily fluids out of him, when he kept being ignorant and horrible about the severity of cancer, a disease that has killed several people in my family (I was bullied about Mum, but lost my grandmother, her mum, to bowel cancer the same year, and have since also lost my uncle (Mum’s brother) to the surgery required to remove the tumour from his bowel cancer and my nan (Dad’s mum) to cancer that got into her bones, a couple of family friends, now my dad has it too but he has a more positive prognosis due to the form of lymphoma he has) just feels so much better to see. Like she is beating the snot out of the kids who bullied my brother and I about Mum.
I love this episode, the way Cartman just WOULD NOT STOP messing with Wendy. The heart to heart between Principal Victoria and Wendy. And seeing Cartman getting beaten up.
I lost my own mother to breast cancer. But this was one of her favourite south park episodes. She totally got what cartman is supposed to be. Didn't even some official cancer support organisation praise this episode as well?
I also love the lore early on Wendy always one of the few non main characters that stood up to Cartman and called out his bs. This was building for years and paid off beautifully.
Butters always wanted Wendy to win. That's why he was so intent on the fight happening and was trying to hype Eric up to go through with the fight. That's why he was the first to announce it and instigate it throughout the whole episode. And when Wendy was winning That's when he showed his true intentions.
I lost family members to cancer, and it was incredibly cathartic to see Wendy beating the living shit out of Cartman for making fun of such a serious topic
I think that the fact that butters says fuck him up Wendy reveals that Butters intentionnally hyped the thing so Eric would be beat up. When he says: i want to see Eric kick the crap out of her, he has hi s« professor chaos » stance. Butters wanted Eric to lose all along. Butters can be quite clever.

Cartman is probably one of the greatest characters ever written in all of tv. He offends everybody, is really a pussy but an evil genius. But they always have the message that he is wrong. So many minorities can be offended by him but the show uses him to show how people in real life can be.
Cartman'a already lost face (or had it pulped!! >XD), he may as well go round Wendy's house with his Mom with his injuries and demanded recompense for medical/dental bills (I understand they're extremely pricey in the states). If it ever came to light that Princip[al Victoria* basically gave it the green light, Cartman would get so much compensation! * her speech to Wendy was epic though!! >XD

I can't understand how in some episodes cartman seems like an unstoppable genius not even the strongest people are capable of defeating, yet he still manages to lose to Wendy. He seems to fluctuate based on the situation.
Wendy established herself long ago to be smarter (book smarts included) than even Cartman and his manipulations. Plus, don’t forget she used her own genius manipulations to have a substitute teacher launched into the sun just because Stan had a crush on her, and that was long before the chilli. Whereas most other people we saw him capable of manipulating, there had been little to no prior displays of how intelligent they are, or they are incredibly gullible like Butters, so Cartman had an advantage there. No such luck with Wendy.
I love that you put those references from the fight in. I knew about Snatch but I couldn't put my finger on the "I'm finished" line. But yes- there will be blood. Very cool.
I've been wishing for a while that you would do this amazing episode! Wendy beating the living Hell out of Cartman is easily One of the 10 best things to ever happen imho on South Park.

YESSSSS! Glad you took this recommendation. This episode embodies public schools in the West. Thanks for the great episode. New South Park coming in February!!!!!
Best episode ever!!
Didn't I tell this was going to be very satisfying episode.
One of the episodes where eric got what he deserved.
>XD
Your callbacks are becoming legendary! Snatch and there will be blood we're on point!
You should react to these episodes:
- The Return Of The Fellowship Of The Ring To The Two Towers
- Le petite tourette
- Proper condom use
- The Passion of the jew
- Osama Bin Laden has farty pants
Eat, Pray, Queef
One of the most satisfying episodes I feel of south park, but my favorite part is Butter's face as he's usually the victim of Cartmans schemes and to see him get beat up is so great for him. Lol
I love how principal Victoria basically called Cartman a cancer and everyone who watches it is like "yeah, a fitting description"
2:19 South park was originally about aliens appearing randomly in the backgrounds.
A lot of people have recommended "S16 Ep6 "I Should Never Have Gone Ziplining
But I recommend watching S16 Ep5 - "Butterballs" first before that one, a certain part in the episode will make more sense in the Ziplining one, and hopefully make it more comedic
Now that i think about it, its really impressive how wendy give a speech on breast cancer, i remember when i was in 4th 5th grade, we give speeches on our fav movies n toys etc
The part where Cartman talks about killer titties actually had me rolling on the floor laughing 😅😂🤣, love this episode.
fun fact: the visitors aliens are often snuck into the background of episodes. sometimes standing among the crowd
" the return of chef" is the last episode with chef as he quit over south park poking fun of scientology. They used audio clips from different episodes to make up his dialogue for it. I highly recommend it, its hilarious. That as well as "lice capades" and "pee".
I love your videos, I've been binge watching them but I always forget to comment. Keep them coming, I think your reactions are spot on and are what most of us are thinking
She beats Cartman’s ass, doesn’t take bribes, and has α Cirque Du Soleil poster on her door? New favorite character!
This is a beautiful tribute to one of the most underrated teen classics, three o' clock high.
Just so you know. Casa Bonita came out in 2003. And red sleigh down on Christmas 2002.
love how you show exactly what the show is referencing, i definitely learn something every video and its something i havent seen other channels do
YESSIIIIR!! One of my very favourites. And how cathartic, for some reason!
Edit: Love the movie references you put in! Never knew about the „There Will Be Blood“ one.
That boy had that butt-whooping coming for a long, long time. I love how he can get finally get some comeuppance yet still learn nothing! I could never feel sorry for Cartman
I like when you clip in the references. Ty!
Feels good to see Cartmen finally get what's coming to him at least once.
If you liked this episode you will like Dances with smurfs from season 13. It´s a debate between Cartman and Wendy in that episode too! Other good episodes from the first 12 seasons:
- Chicken lover, season 2
- The tooth fairy tats 2000, season 4
- The wacky molestation adventure, season 4
- My future self n me, season 6
- Fat butt and pancake head, season 7
- South park is gay, season 7
- The death of Eric Cartman, season 9
- Two days before the day after tomorrow, season 9
- Ginger kids, season 9
- Hell on earth 2006, season 10
- Lice capades, season 11
- The list, season 11
- Tonsil trouble, season 12
I think he already reacted to the death of Eric cartman
Two days before the day after tommorow is Great!
What i love about your reactions is that you put in the reference of different scenes.
Omg, I forgot this was the one with him eating his underwear!!! The animation of that is freaking amazing.
Very cool.
Season 26 is coming out next month! Hope you watch them as they come out.
My favorite episode of the series! I just love how Cartman goes through all the trouble to get out of the fight, but in the end gets his ass kicked!
i love that the principal was indirectly telling Wendy to fight Cartman and not allow him to "win" lol
8:58 that “mama mama” has me dying every time.
I love the posters you have in the back. Great content keep it up! 😊
HELLL YEAH! IVE BEEN WAITING FOR YOU TO REACT TO THIS ONEEE!
(ps: you should watch you´re getting old its an amazing ep from south park :) )
You should have put the image of butters face when Cartman was flying through the air...it was priceless...pure joy.
I've been wishing for a while that you would do this amazing episode! Wendy beating the living Hell out of Cartman is easily One of the 10 best things to ever happen imho on South Park.
