Tips :
Pay attention to where I throw Keqing's skill at 01:02. Throw slightly under the middle of the platform, If you throw at the middle you can miss some totem.
Destroy balloon to get buff for 30s.
When "A fruit of the Vine" spawn, it will chase you. You can take advantage of it to make contact with enemy to apply Dendro. So you can trigger aggravate on them.

2nd phase is hard 😭

Destroy the balloon to get buff and make the "fruit of the vine" (green ball thingy) contact with the enemy to get aggravate.
If it's still hard, imo you need to upgrade your Keqing's build. Goodluck!
