It sucks but understandable that she felt overwhelmed.
Like April, yuno and ray are the biggest characters in the city so they're distracted every 2 minutes with phone calls and having conversations with a million people while she's just following everywhere like a headless chicken not understanding who they are, what's happening or where she is.
If only she started out slow so she could ease into it. Hope she gives it another shot.
All three of them were thrown into the city and were overwhelmed. It doesn't matter. It is better to have people you know to do stuff with, even if you are new. Even Ray Mond said she is overwhelmed even after she first joined. It is a game you have to get used to.
To be fair Rae and Leslie were almost immediately associated with Chang gang and were immediately brought on heists and shit like that. GTA is overwhelming if you want to play you have to weather that early storm until your comfortable some can and some can’t. Rae was also extremely overwhelmed her first time playing until she got more comfortable with who she was playing with.
she needed one of those tutorial people like when leslie, rae, and sykkuno met garrett, randy, and dundee. Hopefully she gives it another try
I think the best way for her to start is get associated with one person in the city that will show her the ropes. And focus on teaching her. Just how Syk with dundee or ray with randy back in the days

I’ll be surprised if we ever see Miyoung return to role play anything that involves strangers and open world environments. It was incredibly brave and must have been painful to endure but she did it. Love will make you do strange things and her love for Leslie allows her to try something she knew she would not enjoy. I am so proud of her and hope against hope she may return.
its only unfortunate that miyoung didnt enjoy gtarp since its too overwhelming for her but i do respect her that she collected enough courage to try it out
It would've always been hard for her, but this first day didn't do her any favors. Most of the time it was just being told to meet new people and then sitting in a car to go to random places
@@secondeye1574 it was her first day on 4.0 thats true but when someone has social anxiety the person blank out and panic pretty quick luckly since her irl friends were with her most of the time the person felt less scared
@@gamerboyQ16 I think that's a bit silly, she was clearly overwhelmed because of the amount of people surrounding her and it wasn't comforting. She had no purpose and no idea what to do and kept getting pulled in a hundred different directions.

plus its a new start for everyone old & new so for a new person getting overwhelmed by people and the city its pretty hard to join again or not
@@gamerboyQ16 Yeah but I'm saying I don't think getting swarmed by your friend's characters and then pulled in a bunch of different directions is the way to go. Like Rae is Miyoung's friend but Ray Mond as the character came in and dropped this whole Mickey plot on them, then got in the car for sanitation then said "Let's do the Mickey/Timothy subplot first" and it was clear that Miyoung didn't have time to figure herself out.
I'm saying the best case scenario is having 1-3 people on your first day that you stick with and learn along the way. That's usually what I've seen from people who have fun first days

I think one main problem was that they focused on her meeting everyone instead of showing her the basics like showing her a job or something, also she was put straight into chopping and died to the dog 😭😭
Yea it felt like too many cooks in the kitchen if you will. Everyone tried too hard to "help" her, which just ended up overwhelming her. Should have just let her ease into it with Max on some chill taxi drives or something
You guys say she should’ve just went in to the city all alone but don’t realize Miyoung is already socially anxious what makes you think that would be any better for her lol
i hope miyoung gets thru the overwhelmed period coz she got a good character to build with.
coz Sykkuno first day and rae's first day were both overwhelming for them until they started learning the basic when doing RP like doing finger pointing, looking at their phones and going to the city to buy food.

Nah none of their first days come close to May Young's first day in terms of overwhelming. This was too much. Sykk's first days he struggled with the controls and sound, but eventually found dundee to ease him into it and show him the ropes. Ray mond immediately ran into Randy bullet and was able to learn things with him. April...she's just a social butterfly so she was able to find her way quickly. May Young had all the ooc friends in the world, but they overwhelmed her with too much info at once

I get why Miyoung chose to start off with May Young as her character. She’s talked about being nervous and has seen how intense rp and viewers can get so I can understand wanting to start with a character that’ll easily integrate her into the city.
But, I do wish that she came into the server more willing and open to exploring and learning on her own. It might have been fun to watch her flounder as viewers but, I def think she would have had a better experience had she gone at a slower pace. I think that starting on the server from 0 and then gradually working your way up and creating your own friends/community is a cool experience. I also think that it’s a lot more fun to watch than her automatically running around with w/ Rae, Sykkuno, Shoto and Fuslie. I completely get wanting to help a nervous friend and show them the ropes but, I don’t really want this to be a repeat of Ray Mond where she became a member of CG her first week in the city because of her IRL connections.
If Miyoung does decide to rp again, she should definitely try a brand new character, go off on her own and learn the game and the city herself. It’ll probably be a lot better for her in terms of pacing and adjusting to the city.
100% agree. I always and still ig hate how the group always forces their character to meet etc and I never enjoy how ray just calls a bunch of friends to unlock the meta instead of just going with the flow. It ruins general exp and miyoung comes in and pretty much gets PUT in the situation to interact with a lot of people at once, which will overwhelm her
@@another3062 What made me close stream eventually was watching her wait so long for April and Yuno in between activities. April and Yuno are two super popular characters in the city with a lot of friends. There’s nothing wrong w that but, it means that they’re always doing something or on the phone. I def was getting frustrated with how often they’d disappear and leave Miyoung with Max or whoever else was there because it also meant waiting 10-20 minutes before things started happening again.

When 4.0 came out, out old characters were deleted, so if it was an older character when made, it was deleted in 4.0. Because they all had to make new characters.
