Thanks for your time and effort in making the world of racing available for all to see. THESE types of races are the grass roots that have made all racing possible. It's so very exciting and enjoyable to be able to see the times you have
Man it's really great to see Good Guys at the track both teams are class acts 😢 Keep up the good work both teams 😊 can't wait for the next video 😁 GOOD LUCK GUYS 😊
Im impressed the officials let him on the track with NO GLOVES. yikes... Safety first. Pretty Awesome to watch Landon wheel your ride. He did a good job for sure. Love the video man.
I think you ran into one of my cars and a young man by the name of Austin Walter's, at the pine last time y'all went. Remember when it felt freezing cold on the fourth of July. He was in the white #55 nova in pure street, we love your show and love what your doing. Keep praising the good LORD!
I have ran a few races at hickory and loved it every time my first time going I had never seen the track in person go out for practice and I was fastest in last practice session qualified pole and won the feature that was probably one of the most meaningful wins I have had cuse it's hickory motor speedway and it's almg drive from way down south on the Gulf coast to hickory so we didn't go there much at all I ran there 14 times in the ,16 years I raced and I always loved it, I have raced 602 pro truck class for a special pro truck 100 lapper show, 250 lap pro latemodel race, a bunch of what they call street stocks races but we call them super stocks here back then which was a metric based car with Ford nine inch weight jacks off set type built car basically a latemodel with a metric chassis far from a what we call street stocks but it was a blast, you gotta have a big motor and a good car to run with these guys, it kills me seeing huge double stacker NASCAR haulers for a pure stock or street stock car and bring a full NASCAR team with them for the street stock and lure stock it's crazzy the money some these guys spend there on racing. I lived in Mooresville for my college years at UNC and I ran a dirt modified and a street stock for someone at hickory and we got a points championship 2 of those years which was awesome one at hickory and one championshio at Lincoln the dirt track. But the street stocks at hickory are not a true street stock they are old school rule super stocks or latemodel stocks lol but they are fun to drive and close racing to and cheaper then running a latemodel and handles more like a latemodel then a true street stock as we so they are a blast to drive. But man the car count has got alot smaller in street stock compared to when I ran them there. We ran with 15-25 cars every feature I ran street stocks at hickory
That’s 2 much HAIR to be in a RACE CAR Helmet 🧔🏻♀️. Gosh 😂damn 🫤🥴. 😂😂😂. Landon They prob let you run them powder puff races to with that Gorgeous head of. 😍😍. 😂. Just bustin ya. Good people here !!! I’d love to move down where y’all. Are not much asphalt racing around me upstate Ny . 😞. And I don’t care what anyone says. DIRTS FOR FARMING and 4 wheeling not Racing!!
And your trailer yall used in video looks identical to the one I had when I was racing before we got a decent little enclosed I recognize it cuse we built that thing ourself by hand by using a existing low car trailer and re did it it so it would be that low where you could load our cars onto it right out of the shop with no ramps just oll it off onto the shop and roll it right on out of the shop I know it probably isn't mine but man that thing looks identical to it even a few things that are barley visible on it makes me me 75 percent sure that could be my old trailer. If it is y'all got a really nice open trailer light weight tows amazingly and easy to load and unload a race car and not so steep where it was safe to drive a racecar onto it if you had to if you was by your self. I spent 600 dollars building it and sf it for ,700 dollars then I saw it up for sale a few times online and never seen it since. Would be cool if that is my old trailer. When I was 10-12 years old I raced a 2.3 mustang ministock on asphalt from 02-04 and sold it well two years ago I was out of town working went to the asphalt track way out west is where we was in Utah and when the ministock class came out there was this one mustang that looked very familiar cage color the way the cage was built and everything looked identical to the one I had I went to the pits after the races and got a closer look and sure enough my initials that I welded onto a piece of square tubing that is visible just the top of it on the far left side of the car right next to the seat was there and I told the guy that me and my dad got the car for free from a guy race ready but it was a dirt car and we had to redo the chassis and roll cage and everything to first fit me into the car cuse the cage was low that my head was 1/4 inch from the top roll bars cuse I'm really tall guy and I did all the welding on it and welded my initials on it and the year when we did all the work to it and I just can't believe I found it and it's still racing and he was the feature winner that night as well, and on the dashboard he had a good collection of feature won stickers 42 of them to be exact from the 2 years that he had been racing the car for at the time and it still has the body we hung on it as well has maybe two or three extra dents in it. It that's it so who ever raced it after me all these years took care of it didn't wreck it or bend it up which is crazzy, and this was 4 years ago when I saw my very first racecar again. It almost made me tear up seeing that car in person again still racing and the very first car for that young kid that was driving it that night when I saw it he was 11 so same age I was when I ran it which was also weird. They couldn't figure out what the DS-01 ment they searched for chassis builders on fb that build street stocks and ministocks only and all over to try and find info on the car and they didn't think that maybe it's just someone's initials and year they built or redid the car. They even had the same motor in it that was in it when I ran it they said it's been rebuilt 6 different times through out the years and I was surprised cuse it's a 2.3 that has been stroked out to a 2.8 and turning 9600 Rpms is what it was built to turn every lap.
And I hate when ppl are real bogged down on starts and restarts cuse it causes ppl to get bunched up and wreck on starts and takes a second to get the motor wound up as well. I have pushed ppl alot of times coming to the green just to get my rpms past 2500 coming to the green flag in low gear when it should be at 4500 rolling turn three and should be ready to shift by the time you get past the Apex and end of turn four to prevent cars from getting bunched up and getting dumped by the guy behind you on starts cuse your going to slow on restart. I could feel your frustrations with that one guy
Shity car count i tought thay would been a big feld of cars the kids driving the shit out of it he holding his owen the car got some power that for sure
Thanks for the opportunity to drive your stuff man! Thank you everyone here who supports our efforts!
Wheelman! Run it back Soon.

Thank You Very Much! We try to put out a product that would entertain us as well.
Such a great idea. I look forward to the Tri County race 🤩
Our crate motor package is more competitive at Tri Co, so I think he then shows what he’s really got.
Im impressed the officials let him on the track with NO GLOVES. yikes... Safety first. Pretty Awesome to watch Landon wheel your ride. He did a good job for sure. Love the video man.
Heat of the moment thing with the gloves. Wish we could have given him a better piece that day. He didn’t give up, and we was very proud.

Never a truer statement. "we were all kids once". I learned so much from the "old timers" at the track that would let me hang out and help
Not to bad started fourth and didn't lose a position. Clay from mobile Alabama
We was down on motor for Top 3, but we was just as fast the last 5 laps as the winner. Gotta go back to work and try to be better for next time.
Only come here to watch Fred! Lol just kidding, awesome video and love the collab watch both of y’all
I think Fred’s fanbase is getting larger by the minute
