I don't know why the overseas artisans don't sell aftershaves with just concentrate in it so that we can add our own alcohol to it. Simple. Whatever the percentage of booze should be in given aftershave, just leave that much room in the bottle for us to add alcohol to it.
I don't believe the alcohol in it is run of the mill rubbing alcohol. I think it perfuming alcohol. I don't know what the difference is but I would think it matters
