“KOREAN STONECRAFT” SHOWN ON TV GAIN A MAIN PRIZE.
“Korean Stonecraft”, a television series of Korea, won a main prize of the festival at the 7th “Laduga” international TV programme festival on the people’s creation held in Moscow from February 10 to 17.
The certificate of the prize awarded to “Korean Stonecraft” says: “This prize is awarded to the work of the DPRK Radio and Television Broadcasting Committee “Korean Stonecraft” editing all music and gorgeous stonecraft which will help enjoy beauty."
“Korean Stonecraft” evoked wide spread repercussions among the jury committee members of the festival and its participants for its high ideological and artistic level.
In his interview with home and foreign reporters Igory Moiseyev, Soviet People’s Actor, Socialist Labour Hero, head of the Moiseyev Song and Dance Troupe and chairman of the international jury committee said: “Korean Stonecraft” is a masterpiece of Eastern culture. In a word, it is a splendid work showing excellent craftsmanship and beautiful landscape. It is telecast, with clear and elegant national times played. It demonstrates the cultural tradition of the industrious and intelligent Korean people”. (KCNA)
