    this is awesome! I have been having breakouts like I am going through puberty again and I have been quite irritated about it. I also hate it because normally I have amazing skin. I recently went through some medical issues and the medication is part of it as well. Thank you for being such a genuine and kind reminder to all of us :)

    Please don’t apologize for drinking a latte. Everyone needs a latte and that’s that, a latte is something I’m never giving up. I can alter everything else in my diet, but that. I’m happier if I have one and I think you can agree!

    Just found your channel, you’re beautiful! I started doing more dairy a few months ago because I have osteoporosis & I hate calcium supplements. Well then I developed acne. I’ve never had it & didn’t make the connection. I stopped most dairy, certainly milk & I haven’t had a prob AT ALL in almost a week. I had been having flare ups every 3-4 days. Maybe it’s the hormones in milk, not sure, but wow what a diff!! Thank you for your beautifully encouraging words!! 💖💖💖

    • @8BAAS
      @8BAAS 4 роки тому +2

      dairy is so bad for osteaporosis because of the bad calcium magnesium ratio ;( try moringa instead, more calcium than dairy and has the right ratio. Also check the beauty detox solution by kimberley schneider it features a great study showing countries with highest dairy consumption have the highest osteoporosis rates (like Finland) and the direct cause explaining why.

    • @8BAAS
      @8BAAS 4 роки тому

      Edit: to specify why the out of balance ratio is bad: in order for your body to balance the 2:1 magnesium/calcium level it has to now draw this other mineral from the bounce in order to balance it out. Just putting an acidic form of calcium in your body is just not balanced and will ultimately worsen your condition

    Im currently battling with my acne and Im finding that having skin facials and my skin care isn't really helping. Im trying to clean up my diet a lot but have recently started wondering about herbal tea, have you tried any for the skin or to help with your hormones? and if so, would you recommend it? Thank you, I loved the video and also love following you on Instagram

    Hey melissa, thank you for sharing! I have been drinking celery juice in the AM but i add in a little green apple, spinach, raspberries and lemon juice. I also blend then strain it. Will this not work the same if I don't do just celery and strain? Thank you!

    • @madlilja8311
      @madlilja8311 4 роки тому

      nope!! all fruits and veggies are great for your 1st “breakfast” with food combining. i would recommend adding cucumber to your juice though because spinach doesn’t add a lot of jucie!

    where do you find organic celery in NYC? When I actually do find some, it tastes like death. Never had celery taste so bad like it does recently. Are you experiencing the same thing?

    Did you notice how your son treated your daughter? First, he deliberately put the two bananas out of her reach - in a teasing manner. Second, he threw the piece of banana at her. He's not too young to learn how to treat others especially his sister.

    Debilitating anxiety from acne? You should be thankful that was your biggest problem.
