இந்து எனக்குறிப்பிட்டு சர்ச்க்கோ,மசூதிக்கோ போனால் அவர்களை எந்த குழுவில் சேர்க்க வேண்டும்.
In case if he is not practising or not governed by Hindu religion and if he declares he is not Hindu and he put himself in any other religion he will that religion person not Hindu. But not put himself in any religion still he will be a Hindu only(according to madras high court)
But I still doubts...but after claiming himself as other religion person and still he has community certificate under hinduism then he can enjoy all the rights?
and if he is comes under creamy layer then he can enjoy the right only if he claims in the state of Hindu...?
