Mashallah!!! Well Done Ali... that burger looked banging.... and you used the best ratio of lean to fat for the patties... 80/20 is good even 75/25 can be good for burgers.
TFT your good lady wife's samosa and pakora looked fantastic. And the chutney. Although not of an Asian background I LOVE Asian food with a passion and would stuff that down my neck from now until Eid... lol Unfortunately I am unable to fast because of a medication I have to take... But I am with you in spirit.
