You covered the screen while you did whatever you did. You do not have no captions to read so I am still lost on how to reset this device.
I figured it out. After powering off power it on while holding down volume then release when the splash screen comes up.

My favorite part was when you neither SHOWED US nor TOLD US what it was you were actually DOING the whole time. Bravo! Did you have to TRAIN/atttend CLASSES in order to LEARN how to make such a USELESS "how to" video, or is that all natural?
Had all same issues.. THIS fixed it!
My tablet is stuck in airplane mode and will not release from it no matter what I attempt to do. I even let the battery drain to zero and completely recharge it and it still has a jumping screen frozen

Sir I don't mean any harm,But I think u need to be explaining with yur mouth what yur doing,B'cus we can't see clearly what yur Pressing & U put yur Hand Across the Screen at one time & we couldn't see anything, U didn't tell us what to press & Hold,& How long or Nothing,Not Talking & Not Explaining is Not Good

He’s showing you with his fingers it’s simple hold the volume button down and power button at the same time .. don’t release the volume down button until the splash screen comes on showing the X..

@SmileyKy. After holding them 2 down what do you do next cause my front screen has a lock code and I don't know the code I don't even now who put it there so untill I bypass this I can't even get into my tablet please help
