how can you say this is the true skillet sound this is perhaps the sound of there last two albums but all albums before that were constantly changing sound and style they started out with a grunge sound and have moved onto a harder heaver sound. I do prefer the new skillet stuff but to say this is there true sound is very inaccurate

I like this album a lot more than the previous albums. The previous ones were great, but this one just has a "go kick some ass" vibe to it and I love it. Keep it up guys.

No music fan has the ability to make up their minds nowadays. If a band doesn't sound EXACTLY the same as they did in their previous work, people claim that they've sold out, and if said band doesn't do ANYTHING different from what they had released before, people get on their asses for not evolving as a group. You can't have it both ways. Musicians change their sound as their career progresses; this really isn't all that different from their other albums.

how can you say this is the true skillet sound this is perhaps the sound of there last two albums but all albums before that were constantly changing sound and style they started out with a grunge sound and have moved onto a harder heaver sound. I do prefer the new skillet stuff but to say this is there true sound is very inaccurate

No music fan has the ability to make up their minds nowadays. If a band doesn't sound EXACTLY the same as they did in their previous work, people claim that they've sold out, and if said band doesn't do ANYTHING different from what they had released before, people get on their asses for not evolving as a group. You can't have it both ways. Musicians change their sound as their career progresses; this really isn't all that different from their other albums.
