Congrats! It always feels good to see someone grab one of their dream books, even if it is only a page. Keep hunting and selling you will have a complete before you know it!
It might be cool to purchase all of the loose pages with Spiderman. Then you would have the ability to "read" the original comic. Buying the entire comic is awesome, but you can't sit down and flip through the Spiderman pages without damaging the value.

@@stephencastrosc1 A reprint is a great idea as well. I was just thinking that it would cool to collect those loose pages and bring them "back together" as a mini comic.

You, You, You rascal!! It was you who got that page!! I bid on that page on ComicLink a few weeks ago but dropped out of the bidding with my last bid @$800. I couldn't pull the trigger on $1K. Too much for me. There were also a few other pages that sold for over $1K - too pricy for me. I am so jealous - that is a very cool piece of history right there. I'm still looking for other pages. Really though - congrats. That is a great artifact for your collection. 👍👍👍

I almost bought an af#15 page the other day, I think it was page 5 and 6 which is a great page! I didn’t have enough set aside for comics so someone bought it before I could. But one day! Really happy for you

I love this and I wouldn’t regret it at all if I were you. Especially because of how happy you look. I didn’t even know buying a single graded page was a thing I could do. Now I’m tempted to buy a single page of the first appearance of Batman. Lol
I have one of those. A page without Batman on it will run you a few thousand. That's what I got, but back when it was only a few hundred bucks. A page with Batman will be five figures. Crazy.

Dude i don't give a damn if it is only one page that comic book is so freaking iconic it is well worth buying. Kudos to you my friend i didn't know they sold individual pages now that i know i am probably going to do the same thing.This could be a way to actually owning one since it is nearly an impossible reach for many such as myself.

Yes, buying a page for that much is crazy, my friend. Just buy a facsimile, official, almost flawless. Mine cost $15-$20. Or buy a share of an original.

@@Franchise-TV If I had, I'd have asked for a reasonable offer from you, mate. Nothing over the top. Marvel was my bread and butter, for comics, I got my enjoyment from reading them, not selling them.

Prices are coming back down to earth where I can actually afford a CGC 1.0 or even a 2.0 now. I'm on the hunt for one now.
Nice. The problem with someday is that one will be a lot older. I'm nearly there in age. And I think do l want to spend $16000 on a comic? How long can l enjoy it. Although there was that woman in the news today, she is 117 years old.
As the comic gets more expensive so will the pages.

1 page in the UK is £2,500 ( around $3,000 ) so I'd say a little over $1,000 is a damn good bargain! WIsh I could do the same 😢

That's strange Academy number one slab to me is no slouch either. I don't have any holy Grails but I do have a couple of signed books that I've won yellow label cgc.
You still have a single page from Amazing Fantasy #15 and that's awesome. I can get Amazing Fantasy #15 CGC 2.0 but my buddy wants my 4 short boxes and they are all keys,low print runs and rare variants and I keep thinking about it but I just can't trade a 15 year collection for a single book.
Are the keys replaceable? Id trade all I have for a Hulk 1 and I have some amazing books !

@Jarred Smith I would do that in half a heart beat. Variants are just a sales gimmick in the long run, the won't be known throughout history as classics, let alone keys. Get that massive AF15, the biggest book in the last 70+ years
