Definitely keep the fridge where it is and maybe the arcade cabinet on the other side. Having the fridge close to the couch is so nice, I've moved mine from my couch and regretted it after a day 😂😂
Bro... I started watching your channel when I was 14... It was thanks to you that I started collecting games all those years ago and I still am. I used to listen to your Nintendo collecting 101 series while I was doing chores for my neighbors to get an extra bit of money to get games for my collection. I am 26 now and to see how far you've come. I recently found your channel again, you went from 10k subs to over 100k puts a tear in my eye. Keep up the good work man! 👍🏻
I really like the different ideas you have for expanding your game room! I also appreciate the time you put into and sharing your game room especially for us gamers who really enjoy this hobby and all the awesome memories it brings! Thanks for the inspiration for creating an awesome game room and hopefully some day I will be able to turn my basement into a game room too! I hope everything goes well with the renovation! I will be looking forward to how it all comes together when you do another updated video!
The reward of all your stress and work will definitely be worth it in the end for you and your loved ones to enjoy. Its looking so much better and not so cramped as before when you came down the stairs. I think if you're planning to have a poker table and a bar it would make sense also to have the fridge with the beverages on that side too. Missed your videos man glad you're back!
When I saw the thumbnail the first thing that I thought was that you would remove the secret door. I am glad it will just be moved to another place! :) Looking forward to see the final result of this huge change! By looking at the empty space that you will integrate to the current room, I am sure it will be better than it was before. So all the hard work will be worth it at the end of the day.
Life does have it's ways of keeping us from doing the things we like to do, and for you it is understandable as to why your uploads haven't been as frequent. I will look forward to future updates on the Nintendo Room's progress on the newer space, I honestly felt that removing the hidden doorway was the right decision, the extra space for displaying other things will definitely be a better use of the space rather than it being a hidden storage room. Good luck on the renovation, I'm sure it'll look even better than before. :)
Man, makes me wish I had a basement. That said, that water heater is making me nervous not only for the CRT sitting right next to it but you collection that will be there soon.
I like the fridge better on the couch side an arcade cabinet just seems more fitting on the new space side. As soon as you went through the plastic sheet over to that area I thought man I'd put a bunch of those 1up arcade cabinets in that area if it was my room.
That's fine why you haven't been uploading! 😁 I didn't upload any videos to my channel for 5 months, I have uploaded a few last week, and a few days ago too! Good luck with your renovations too! 😁
My old basement was a similar layout. We ended up removing the area below the stairs to “open up” the room and allowed people to walk under the stairs so people wouldn’t have to walk all the way around to get to the other side. I wouldn’t block it off if I was you! Just an idea though.
6:49 I know you already have drywall up here, but you should have had them move the outlet up so that the TV will block it, and you don't have the power cord exposed.
Hopefully we’ll see Nintendo Room Tour 2021 sometime soon at the end of the year, or maybe Nintendo Room Tour 2022 if you or the people you’re paying are still working on the expansion of the Nintendo Room, Lithium.
I personally think you can build shelves from the ceiling, have spaces in between to see items, and make the under the stairs for storage! Could the arcade go somewhere else?
I think you should make the door or entrance way to the furnace room larger because when you need a new furnace or water heater it would make the job easier.
Looks really good but I would think about that wall by the water heater before you close it in and make it more accessible in case you have to replace the water heater in the future
@@NintendoCollecting good call , im in the heater and boiler business and i see it all the time, figured id say something before it was to late, good luck with the room, i really excited to see how it comes out
okay, that's fine. maybe put the "Donkey Kong (or anything you like to put)" Arcade (and by the way, did you have an arcade? and if you do, what is your favorite?) near a Pokemon fridge.
Hey lithium love your content, if you're not going to use that mario brick flooring would be willing to buy it off you and pay for the shipping, would look awesome in my Gameroom, keep up the great work
impressive collection, but the way the items are displayed could be improved in a way where it looks more like a collector's than you know,,, a store (maybe when the expansion is done!). im sure its really hard to display the huge amount of items you have but im also sure its possible you can do it, i believe!
Hello I was wondering do you have the 32gb Wii U white USA console if you do can you make a video about it there is 0 videos on UA-cam talking about it and how much do you think it’s worth I heard it’s very rare because it sold as refurb on Nintendo’s website

Expanding the room is awesome!
This is basically that Whomp’s Fortress “Blast Away the Wall” star, but in real life. I look forward to seeing what you do with the space, NC!
I remember spending hours trying to figure out what it was asking for when I was doing that star
When this gets done we’re seeing a 6 hour room tour ladies and gents! Prepare for glory!

It's going to quite a change from what you had in 2020. Best of luck.
Bro I get what you mean when you say that when your collection is all over the place it gives you stress. We love you bro remember that.
Incredible room. I am so infinitely, infinitely jealous!
Best of luck on the room expansion!
Thanks for the update. I was missing the regular vids. Can’t wait to see the finished expansion!
A bar would look so good in that space with the fridge! If you're going to mount a tv, move the power outlet up so the wire isn't hanging down.
Good luck with the process!! Cant wait to see it when it’s done!!!!!

Coucou de la France.
Dude! It’s gonna look great when you’re finished.
Such a big project. I know the pain. Hope it all goes well! :D
Thanks Peter!
Nice
I like how you opened it up, flows better. I say leave the fridge where it is

Hello fine sir!! after seeing your videos i have started to collect one of each of the nintendo hand helds :>
Once you're done I'd like to see another room tour
"Welcome to This Old Game Room!"
That joke was terrible, lol
I think that the fridge facing the new extension would be better
You should leave the closets under the stairs as a walkway, that way there is more ways to walk around the room
I haven’t saw you for so long!

32" opening is more than enough. Our basement staircase and doorway into the basement is only 30" anyways

Puts entire Nintendo collection next to a furnace omg lol
okay, that's fine. maybe put the "Donkey Kong (or anything you like to put)" Arcade (and by the way, did you have an arcade? and if you do, what is your favorite?) near a Pokemon fridge.
I think you should leave the fridge where it is, since its pokemon themed it makes sense to keep it with the pokemon stuff.
I wish i could do something like this but the only thing preventing me is the fact i dont have any kind of basement
How much dose it cost to do a small remodeling like that

Nice, but you better expand into that room... those amiibos just keep releasing and
take up a lot of space to display lol...
One day he's going to expand it so much that there'll be a Sony section.
