What I like about this house besides the views is the light, all the windows, and open layout (and total privacy except for aircraft). Plus it also has a 3000+ square foot guest house in the same "modern" contemporary architectural design several hundred feet up the drive. This house has 3 floors (or a partial but still large 3rd floor). And it has a massive wet bar on the right side of the pool area. This house at night (and the bar) and water features are all lit up by multi-colored LED lights. It's dope :)

having trees around the house isnt good for the house anyway, the roots will become bigger creating cracks

I wonder how much it costs to maintain all the pools and foliage on 51 acres. Bimonthly pool maintenance? Anyone know?
Monthly landscaping is needed on this type of estate. This includes trimming back the trees inside the home. This place is HUGE but the interior decor is so sparse and empty. I don't understand why the kitchen is so gray when the rest of the home is stark white. I also feel like whoever buys this place has a lot of decorating indoors to do to make this place feel more livable like home rather than a hotel or museum.
