- Hi guys! This is one a lot of you have been waiting for! Here are my thought's on Israel's entry to Eurovision 2018 with Netta Barzilai and her song, 'Toy'. I'm not gonna beat around the bush here, I can straight up tell you that I loved this song and I'm super impressed with everything about it from the vocals to the production to the visuals! Awesome work! Well done Israel!!

Israel completely knocked it out of the park with this one. Already a few hours after its release she became the odds favourite to win. The first time I heard it I couldn't deal with all the slayage, she's just such a queen. The song has K-pop and Hip-Hop elements but she also brings those Israeli ethnic beats. She always uses a loop station when she performs, that's her thing. I could keep on talking for hours how amazing this is. To sum it up: 10/10, 1st place, Jerusalem 2019, yaaas kweeen.

Kingdom of Israel I'm aware that Jerusalem is the capital but I thought Israel would rather host in Tel Aviv due to the Airport situation and the fact that the Eurovision Preparty is always held there. But correct me if I'm wrong! :)

The airport is not issue since it's a small country.

When the song was released in the Israeli newspapers, I first checked the reactions of the viewers... and so many Israelis were soooo sceptic about this, so my expectations have been reduced. Then I listen to the song.... and I was blown away!!!! I mean, seriously, this is a MASTERPIECE with so much creativity! It just MUST win this year!. Can't understand why so many people hates this!
The performance of the song is refreshing, funky and with a message. The sounds of the rooster are also connected to the meaning of the song: chicken boy.
I just hope she will bring brilliant performance on LIVE.
This is an example for a positive real clear natural reaction. The song is so catchy so full of positive vibes good rhythm great vocals and a nice strong message for all of you ladies . Netta B rocked it in the video and I am sure she will do it on stage too .

Last yr I thought Italy is going to win,they had that good vibes but nothing's happened. They ended on 6th place. But honestly I do not like this song at all. Either way,good luck Israel.

Italy was an understandable favorite before the rehearsals but the performance just didn't hold up to the high expectations. So I completely understood why it ended up on 6th. Based on what I've seen of Netta, she's a brilliant perfomer, so I hope this won't happen this year. But of course anything can happen.
