Hi :) I`m Iulia, I created this video to share my passion for architecture and interior design and enjoy with you one of the most stunning works in architecture and interior design: Exclusive Luxury Contemporary Residence in Mooikloof Heights, Pretoria, South Africa
I entirely created this video, primarily using the editing programs Quick GoPro, Windows Movie Maker and of course Photoshop. In order to edit this project presentation I used intro, overlayed images, used juxtapositions, transitions, parallels, that are drawn between different clips to deliver the original narrative of the video in a transformative manner that falls under Fair Use and provides unique value to my viewers. I also watermarked the video and used royalty free music as background sound.
My channel is focused on creating content with the purpose of showing you and exploring with you the world's most extraordinary and inspiring luxury homes, bringing you quality edited design projects video presentations. Featuring architectural design projects, interior design ideas & decor.

Good day Lulia, and congratulations on excellent video quality. I would like to suggest that you make them a little lighter because they seem slightly dark, and maybe show some chronology of house areas (I find easier starting with living areas, doing each entire floor separately, and inserting room descriptors for a few seconds). Your music is so on point because it does not disturb the viewing.
Lastly, is this property in Mooikloof Heights on sale or not? If so what is the asking price, and if not who is the designer?

Nico van der Meulen Architects did a stunning job on this one, (previously) titled "HOUSE OF BOZ".
So sad that MR BOZWANA didnt get to enjoy the completion of his project. RIP.

Such an interesting home so curious about the folding glass doors but no pocket doors?
I agree! Folding doors are dated. Maybe new owners have since switched out to Fleetwood automatic sliding doors since this filmed. I'm just glad there are no curtains: just glass to enhance the opulence!
Why are there alot of properties going on sale in that area? Is it safe ? Just concerned alot of owners are selling their houses was wondering if it had to do with high crime rate?
