I retired this year after 35 years in public safety. must say amature radio is an essential tool for us to get eyes on information from people that are there. Keep up the good work.love the videos.
Go look up Storm Spotting Secrets by Skip Talbot, that video touches on that and explains the cloud formation and lingo you may have questions about too.
It would seem that way ive seen most if not all of Daniel's videos and it makes me angry when he is trying to report and they ignore him...it must be the fast talking Aussie accent lol
Great footage, Dan, nice work! :) Thanks, (as always) for sharing this with us.

Great video have waited ages for a new one, love them :)
As a new subscriber all videos I have watched are very professional. Thanks.
This guy is the best. I've watched several of these videos and out of nowhere the tornado seems to always form right in front of him every time.
This guy does such a great job gives clear exact info, and these dumb local yokels he deals with cant seem to understand him. Must be very frustrating
What keeps saying your approaching a twisted storm??

Amazing beautiful awesome sceary all at once
I live near where you were chasing, in Fort Morgan!
I go camping there on exit 60 on empire reservoir, we had all our campers and a couple of boats destroyed.
Great footage indeed, really enjoyed the video
6:00 - 6:20 took 20sec for that lowering to go from clearly visible to shrouded in rain.
Hey Daniel. What kind of radio are you using to keep in touch with other spotters/chasers? is it just a CB?
+Jackson Smith Details on website on equipment page.. Too many items to list in comment.
Great video!! That hail looks like snow. Very well done!! How long can a supercell thunderstorm last? Great tornado footage!
It can last a long while, sometimes associated with derechos.
The hail piling up like that is common in eastern CO. I've seen it 6" deep near the airport.
I love the video
Do you vinterweel
how is tornado is formed

This might be a dumb question but why are Australians storm chasing in America?
Why not? We don't get tornadoes like these over here in Australia and even if we do they are very rare
People were saying it looked like the end of the world wile people in wray were interviewd in wray saying it was just an average tornado
Are they ignoring all of the serious reports you are trying to relay to them?
