The neighbors saw us crying and talked to the neighbors again and gave us a deadline until the end of the week and we swore to God to let us out of the street now we are in arrears of 60 thousand Yemeni riyals for 3 months rent may God have mercy on us our country is suffering because of this war and we do not find our daily sustenance and we live my mother and sisters our father passed away may God have mercy on him and we do not have anyone in the world to come to us in these harsh circumstances my little sisters went out to the street and saw the neighbors eating and stood at their door giving them even a piece of bread and by God in whose hand is the heavens and the earth they closed the door and kicked them out and they came back crying dying of hunger no one has mercy on them and now the holiday has come back to me if no one of us helps us with a kilo of flour by God we will die of hunger brother I seek refuge in God and then in you and I want your help for the sake of God I ask you by God you love goodness and help me even if it is about the rent of the house send me a WhatsApp message on this number 00967716649494 and ask for my card name and send it and do not delay may God compensate you with all good My little sisters, look at their situation and help us and save us before they throw us out into the street and humiliate us or my family and I die of hunger. The basis for unity is akhlaq, not ideology
And what do you think akhlaq i.e. manners is?
You have good akhlaq and you have bad akhlaq - what gives us this standard to discern between the two?
Islam is that standard.
I am sorry but i find it extremely difficult to understand imam Haytham - not in the sense of the language limitations or the accent, i am not referring to that but the ideas he brings to the table are weak, dismissive, and avoidant. Be addresses the topic without really addressing it directly leaving the listener in a grey zone and even more confused.
Salaam alaikum ... America (US, Canada) and European "democracies" are not secular nations. Their claim to secularism (ie, no religion in our politics) is a political system tactic to keep other-than-Christian culture from entering the establishment (ie from having a share of the nation’s power).
The cultural Christian foundation in the US is dispensational Protestantism which bred “American exceptionalism”. Essential to it is its unifying principle of empire: that wealth, land ownership, control of currencies, international military superiority, cyber and physical space dominance, the control of global capital is the aim and the proof of its station of God-full-ness (ie favored and so rewarded by Him).
What Islam offers is not based on the dimensions of forms or models of government. It’s not the opposite of secularism. Seeking to reform and replace governments is working in a secularized field of play (ie, their field of play). The world we have is due to the Qadr of Allah, not despite it. This is the pivot point. What attracts others to Islam is NOT replacing their governments or optimizing man’s objectives, it’s about revising their relationship with God, enjoining an ibadat-driven life, and reforming their attitudes and values towards His purpose. Secularism cannot breathe under these circumstances.
The discussion was a bit confusing for me. Secularism is just separating religion from public/governing affairs. There are other philosophy and ideas like humanism, scientism, zionism, capitalism, that will influence people.
separation of religion from state means destruction of society, because state decides your economy, law and order(ceiminal and civil law) and several other things. Every ideas is the result of secular ideology of a state.
Islam was established as state when it was spreading. And it should be established because when we establish as state all the ideas, economic system, education, and other will be islamic + non muslim people who are living under islamic system can see the reflection of quran .
No country in the world right now established as islamic state. They are just by name.
Government should be based democratic civil laws as far Islam is concerned people should follow basic principles and ethics and get rid Hadith centric/arab centric views list don’t and do’s
