This song is actually a reworking of the 'keepers diary' from Resident Evil. The dog is mentioned in it quite a bit, also where the 'Tasty, Itchy' part comes from. The song, like in the actual diary from the game. Is a dude's few last days after he got bit by a zombie and he basically writes his transformation. Hence the 'eating the dogs face part'
