Magnificent rendition of this wonderful chamber piece. Congrats for the players who gave us a real moment of pleasure.
Lovely, one of the most musically balanced and satisfying performances of this gorgeous piece with excellent individual playing and fine ensemble.
don't get me wrong, I loved this one! but, if you think of this as "balanced" when a cello is trying to kill the violin....well, ok

This Trio remains, so far, a hidden gem and AVRO Always gift us with the best sound of YTube and great artists, many times (unfortunately ...) litlte known. These tree men really PLAY and are wonderful, as is this performance. Thanks AVRO for so many great uploads !
A heart-felt Trio deserving to be performed more frequently. Beautiful playing of very lyrical passages. Great unison music making as well as solo performances.
I agree, just probably better not to use terms as "unison" which sounds like they're in a perfect pitch ALL the time, which they wasn't, so maybe some other term.....dunno. you chose (btw, I loved this one, I really did !!!
The only piece from Arensky still known and played from time to time, due to insipration of the firtst theme of the first movement, il D minor with C natural. It is a very beautiful trio. Thank you for posting it on YT.
Gérard Begni, his quartet for two cellos is wonderful and contains his celebrated Variations on a Theme of Tchaikovsky
