Alfajer was a special case I believe because he was turning 18 in 2023 (the same year)
also yes ever since franchising the requirement to be in VCT is 18 years of age

Players like alfajer, less and zekken were 17 at lockin, however since they all played in vct pre franchising, they were all grandfathered into the league
