Where are the schools, hospitals, malls, churches? If accessibility to important infrastructure is limited, undeveloped or unavailable, it may not be the most ideal place to reside in. Convenience and accessibility are high priority.

Sorry sa late reply, accessible Po Ang lahat, schools, churches,hospitals, malls even the market is just near or you can walk in.Yayamanin Po na place Yan kaya halos lahat nandyan na, may malapit nga din na ilog dyan and near to TAGAYTAY too, if you have a car, you can reach there in 15 minutes- if no traffic
