Could you do a video on all the tools/materials you use?? I'd like to get into leather crafting and although I do know the basics, I'd love a video nonetheless!!
Thanks @Lina I'm trying to using not unique hardware for my subscribers. For this bag I using 1.5mm snap hook and D-ring. For the button 10mm dot buttons. For the pricking iron I using diamond shape chisel (4mm gap) Hope this helps!

my last work was quite like your project structurally, it was very confused me about the stitching holes of the bottom, because i diden't have the template so i can only draw it by hands, and everytime i draw it down and no matter how many times i count on the stitching holes were always right on paper, but when i work on leather ... any way, i thought the diamond shaped holes doesnt work on this structure, i was afraid the holes tear up, but i see now your project worked well, thx , it's a good lesson to me .
by the way, it really inspired me a lot.

Love you work. Occasionally I try a pattern from leather artists, you are more than craftsmen, to gain skill sets. As someone just beginning and this may only end up as a hobby I make a bag as a presents for a friend or relative. I don’t know if you know how much you actually teach and I can tell you it is more than you think.

This video was very interesting from the perspective of a sewer. I sew handbags but have not used leather & I subscribed to your channel so I could learn how to produce high end products with leather....but have mostly learned that it's a different tool & skill set. (from sewing bags using cotton, vinyl, cork, and upholstery fabric with different interfacing for structure.) This is the first time I've seen you put in a zipper pocket with lining fabric. I thought at first you should have added interfacing to ensure the pocket was strong enough for the zipper & other stress points...but then the gluing you added, and the structure of the bucket bag leather made me think interfacing might be redundant. I'd be curious to see if the fabric "holds up"... most of the time when you sew leather to fabric, the stronger leather will eventually pull the fabric apart.
Everything depends on the material. There are many ways to make an inner pocket. I may not have chosen the best way out of them. But I thought it was enough for a simple and small bag. Using leather and fabric together is interesting and difficult. Especially, it gives a lot of thought to the edge finish. I was touched by your passion and curiosity. I also always want to think and discuss for the better. Thank you for your feedback! :)
