3:00 lol, a true retailer. Just FYI, they aren't doing that to be social either. You get invited, the quest gets completed, and you get kicked. There might be some "hi" 's in there, but usually not much else.
2:35 "up to five" man, you would have really freaked at the lines almost 20 deep at first classic launch. It's actually one of the main reasons people like fresh, the shear number of players you get to see at once. Layering has greatly diminished the ability to experience that, but it is still possible. Retail tried to recreated that by combining servers when the playerbase declined, and it visually works, you see many players at quest hub areas, but almost nobody interacts in retail, they may as well be bots.
3:20 Vanilla is pretty much the only patch where gold has any significant value outside the Auction house. Even in TBC, things like flight paths, training, and repair costs were something you didn't even worry about. The only time that really changes in classic is when the gold buyers get out of control.
classic is definitely a different beast! but is so charming and something so fun about taking it slow, and admiring the world. people are also i find personally a lot friendlier! I hope you keep playing it. it only gets better! and TBC is a beautiful expansion hope you stick around till then!
lol. The oats are all over westfall. At level 10, it is traditional to do the death run to menthol harbor. Then pick up the free fishing pole in Auberdine. FYI, ALL quests are worth doing. They give Rep.
one of the major hallmarks of old wow was the quest design. zones for the most part didn't have a overarching story. in the old days for mmo's you went to the quest hub and picked up all the quests then did them all or at least as many as you could do before your bags filled up. this meant that you had quests like the oats quest in west fall that weren't meant for you to stop and do only that quest. you were meant to do it while doing all of the other quests in the zone then return once you had completed it.
"Being able to assign points into multiple specializations allowing for the ultinate customization" If only that were even a fraction of the truth. No, youll do the cookie cutter build or deal with guilds not inviting you and people just calling you bad all the time.
@@iDuckie_ Has literally been WoW for 20 years, tbh, especially vanilla thru wrath. In wrath the problem exploded out of control with the addon GearScore. You'll see a lot of the changes of WoW over the years were actually just extremely popular add-ons first.
i'm a retail player and this game is a joke lol, haven't played an easier version of wow ever in my life. Even the dumbest people can get full BIS raid/pvp gear in this game, not to mention getting Grand Marshal requires no skill whatsoever, it's all about how much time you're willing to invest into the game

For sure has been fun so far!

No, there is nothing fun about it.

I have been told about rep but I'm not that deep yet lol
pillagers and looters spawn in 3 areas.

Yeah I can definitely agree the quest design feels way superior to retail
It's nice to see a retail player enjoy wow classic
I'll keep an eye out for you out there :)
I'll see you in loch modan!

that is the sad reality of wow these days

YEAAAH ! I am so gratefull you have try classic, and you have a different perspective ! And maybe a serie, who knnow ?
I do plan to make more videos on classic wow. Got a few ideas for endgame content aswell
Are you playing on a toaster? Graphical lag spikes are very noticeable.
it was just the recording I'm not entirely sure why it did that
You know someone is working on a right budget when his framerate drops in goldshire. xD
that's actually just the recording idk why it did that. It did that a couple other times as well
Now that you played classis wow you are now ready to play hardcore wow, enjoy.
Don't know if I can handle hardcore just yet lol
@@iDuckie_ If you worry about losing your character, don't worry, I know exactly what to do, you go again lol
Go hardcore, brother. It's the only way to play WoW today.
Not sure I'm ready for hardcore just yet
Loch modan is bis
Loch Modan is truly my favourite so far!

things is people will instinctively disagree because of the harsh wording but you're not wrong; classic isn't hard, it's just time-consuming.
Someone died to Hogger. 🤣
Neither retail or classic require any sort of mechanical skill so I don't see why it matters so long as it is fun
