Just made them! I had a craving for this cookie and I just picked the first recipe I found. Im so glad I picked this one. It's crunchy on the outside chewy and moist on the inside. Fully recomend.😊
thank you for sharing the recipe so so yummy 🤤 😋
love this cookies
This is a very good recipe. Whenever I'm using chocolate I always add 1 tsp of instant espresso coffee. There's something about espresso coffee that makes chocolate taste so much better, richer then without it. I had a small amount of peanut butter chips leftover so I tossed them in, WOW! I'm glad I did that!
Definitely sound amazing!! 👍🏻
Looks yummy.
I love so much

Hello! How many cookies can this recipe make? And can i make regular chocolate chip with this recipe by just removing the cocoa powder? Thank you!
Yes You can make regular choc chip by replacing cocoa with flour however you will have to change butter quantity from 1/3cup to 1/2cup to get same texture. Also note that cocoa gives the cookie a nice bitter flavour which is not too sweet so i would recommend using unsweetened chocolate chips.
Do let us know if it helps.
Just for no reason at all, I'm going to state that separate was spelt wrong but it doesn't really affect the video so yeah. Great recipe btw. Absolutely love it. It's helped me a lot in some occasions when I need to bring something to Christmas parties. Also, do I have to pack the brown sugar together? Thanks for reading and hopefully someone will reply.
Thank you Cherrie for the correction. No the sugar doesn’t have to be packed. However, we would recommend lightly packed (just dig the sugar out with a measuring cup and level it with help of a knife).
Enjoy Baking!
@@FoodNSpices Okay. Thank you for replying! Most UA-camrs ignore me so thank you for making my day! I'm making the cookies tomorrow for my classmate's birthday. Hope it goes well!

@@FoodNSpices Okay!
My cookie dough is very sticky. Should I refrigerate the dough before rolling into balls?
Thank you for reaching out. There could be two reasons for this issue:
1. Not enough flour.
2. Temperature/weather is too hot.
If you followed the recipe exactly as given, most likely you are having the 2nd reason.
And yes, you can leave the dough in fridge for couple of minutes to solve this problem.
We hope this helped. 👍🏻
Id like to try this recipe, is the cookie chewy? soft? Or like cakey?
They are Chewy and Gooey.
Tip: bake time is super important and letting them rest for couple of minutes.
Enjoy 👍🏻

Can I use baking soda?
Baking Soda is 4 times stronger as compared to Baking Powder. Baking Powder is a combination of Baking Soda and Cream of Tartar.
1/4 tsp Baking Soda = 1 Tsp Baking Powder
(so if you only have Baking Soda, try using these measurements)
Do u have this recipe in grams??
Thank you for reaching out.
All purpose Flour - 1 Cup (136g)
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chip - 1 Cup (170g)
Granulated Sugar - 1/2 Cup (100g)
Brown Sugar - 1/2 Cup (100g)
Cocoa Powder - 1/3 Cup (35g)
Baking Powder - 1 Tsp (3g)
Salt - 1/4 Tsp (1.5g)
Vanilla Extract - 1 Tsp (4.20g)
Eggs (room temperature) - 1 Large Egg and 1 Yolk
Unsalted Butter - 1/3 Cup (76g)
How many cookies can we make for this recipe??
16 to 17 cookies
Is it really baking powder not baking soda?
Yes, it’s baking powder.
Btw did you put it on the fridge for a couple of minutes before you bake it or not?
No, you don’t need to put them in fridge. No wait time, enjoy baking 👍🏻
Thank you. That helps a lot. :)
Hi...I tried ur recipe....my dough did not spread like yours while baking...what could be the reason behind that...thank you...otherwise it was very tasty
Thank you for sharing. We do understand sometimes recipes don’t come out the way they should and that can be frustrating. However, together we can try to trouble shoot “what might have went wrong”.
Adding too must flour or less butter is one of the most common issues cookies don’t spread.
Said that! it is very common to over measure the flour using a cup. We recommend lightly packed flour. (Meaning: once we dig the flour out with a cup slightly tap the cup so it’s evenly spread and use a knife to scrape off the top)
The ratio of flour to butter is important for getting perfect cookies every time.
We hope it helped. 👍🏻
@@FoodNSpices Thank you so much.....I will definately keep that in mind.....the next time I will the cookies, I will give you a feedback......Thank you once again😍
We will look forward for it!
Happy Baking 👍🏻
If I Put Nuts Or Wall Nuts In It I Think Its Perfect Taste
