(^o^)丿... I have a question about Mr. Singh's comment, that you will have to "wait until tomorrow to act on that information" instead of an exit ticket. It seemed like a useful tool he is refering to there, at 2:40 min. But I don't see how the the tactical pause is that tool. So it's not clear to me. What is taking the place of the exit ticket?
With an exit ticket, it's possible a teacher won't realize that a student hasn't understood a concept until the end of class, and therefore can’t course correct until the next class. A tactical pause, on the other hand, allows a teacher to course correct in the middle of a class-and hopefully nip any misconceptions in the moment.
